Good location, great balcony

Pros: The location was superb, 3 min from the science museum, city center and beach both around 20-30 min by public transport. The room has a nice balcony, quite big compared to what you see in Spain in general. Nice restaurants nearby, supermarkets also within walking distance.

Cons: The soundproofing was quite poor, we were above the restaurant, so it was rather loud with moving tables and chairs from 7am. We are not too sensitive sleepers, but be aware that it can be a problem. At the same time, we noticed this is a thing in Spain in general, so I guess you would have this problem elsewhere too. Additionally one minor inconvenience, the cleaning of the rooms were rather minimal, basically they just made your bed and hoovering but for example they did not took the trash out every day and did not wash/change the mugs which were dirty in the room.

Pros: The room is clean, comfortable beds and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and there is a lot of options you can choose from.

Cons: The rooms have poor sound insulation so you can hear everything from the hallway and from the rooms next to you. Sometimes you have to wait to get the table for breakfast since the cafe downstairs is pretty small.

Perfect for so many reasons.

Pros: Fantastic room, great location, lovely adjoining cafe/restaurant (El Bar, great breakfast & evening meal) and really friendly, helpful reception team. Highly recommended! Appreciated the welcome drinks of cava and orange juice too!

Cons: Nothing, all great.

Pros: Great stay in Valencia! The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay especially comfortable. The location is excellent — just a three-minute walk from the Oceanogràfic, and very convenient for exploring the city. Everything you need is nearby. Overall, a great place to stay in Valencia. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Highly recommended for a short city trip in Valencia.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Courteous and always helpful. The hotel is well located for popular tourist attractions. The busy areas are a little further away, but it's a lovely walk through the streets of Valencia to get there. It is worth renting a bicycle directly from the hotel, and at a relatively reasonable price.

Pros: Stay here for the marathon, it is ON the start line!

Pros: Loved the breakfast! The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Good value for your money.

Cons: Sometimes we could hear the neighbour's room noise too much.

Pros: We were flying into Valencia @ 11:30pm so I decided to stay in Valencia overnight and do some sightseeing the following day before driving 150 miles to where I was. Headed. We arrived at rooms Ciencias @ 2:30am having been held up with car hire. The Cuban guy on reception was great. He offered to refill our water bottles. Having asked if we could leave the car there the following day, he agreed we could then pulled out a map and started marking places of interest, bus stops and bus numbers. He could not have been more helpful. Comfy beds, really good breakfast and the guy on reception the following morning was just as helpful. I will return

Cons: Tea and coffee facilities in room would be nice

Good for a short stay.

Pros: Location is good, shops and restaurants near. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Their breakfast options were also good and recommend to consider the a-la-carte one. Great Air conditioner in the room that keeps your temperature optimal

Cons: The rooms are small and they become challenging if you add a crib and a big luggage. They also could use some improvement, small reparations around.
