Pros: Very good location. Close to the City of Arts and science. Close to the metro station and bus stop. Supermarkets nearby. Hop on Hop off bus passes nearby. With good will can walk to the City Centre, which takes approximately 20mins.
Cons: Good size room for 2 people, but feels small if you are 3 persons family. Microwave and a fridge is a nice bonus to the room. Cleaning on request only, otherwise towels won't be changed nor the bins. The walls are very thin and can hear if others are loud.

Excellent location and the contactless check-in
Pros: We had a wonderful experience at this property. What truly stood out was the excellent location, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. We especially appreciated the seamless self-check-in and check-out process, as everything was handled efficiently without the need for in-person interaction. This made our arrival and departure very smooth and convenient. A huge bonus was being allowed to check in early at no extra charge – this was a fantastic gesture and greatly appreciated! Highly recommended for a hassle-free and well-located stay.
Cons: Although we loved the location and the seamless check-in, there were a couple of minor issues regarding the amenities that detracted slightly from the stay. Firstly, we were disappointed to find that there was not a single drinking glass provided in the property. Also, while there was an espresso machine available, it only came with one capsule, despite there being two of us. We hope these small items can be addressed for future guests, as they are crucial for basic convenience. Overall, a great location, but the amenities need attention.

A great stay. Bus stop and Valenbisi bike bay right outside. Responsive and helpful hosts. Very good
Pros: Helpful staff were able to provide a microwave to the room.
Cons: Expected there to be a microwave in the room (shown in photos when booking) but found on arrival that there was not. However this was addressed and resolved no problem.

Hidden gem in Valencia
Pros: The rental unit is part of a whole rental complex located at a very convinient location- it is right next to the bus stop for the Malvarrosa beach(bus18 takes you directly to the beach in the summer months and in autumn you just change at the University stop for bus 93). Bus 6 which also stops there takes you to metro line 5 or 3 to the airport. The Oceanographic and the Science and Art Museum is within walking distance(15 minutes) from there you take bus to the Bio Park. We stayed at room 5 which was spacious and clean. The old town ands shopping area are wuithin walking distance - 25 minutes.
Cons: Just a recommendation - You could install a soap dish in the shower cabin as there is no place to put your shampoo/soap.

Emplacement idéal, propre, bien équipée.
Pros: Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes à pied du tramway 10 (direction Cité des Sciences et Oceanographic) et à 20 min à pied de ces points d'intérêts. La chambre était propre et bien équipée (tv, frigo, wifi...). L'entrée est simple et l'hôte est très réactif. Je recommande !
Cons: Les chambres sont mal isolé, il peut arriver d'entendre les personnes dans les autres chambres. Une autre poubelle dans la chambre serait appréciable en plus de celle présente dans la salle de bain. L'hôte ne nous a fourni que des échantillons pour le gel douche (pas très écologique), du shampoing serait également appréciable. Enfin, nous avons vu des traces de moisissures au dessus de la fenêtre. Ce ne sont que des détails qui peuvent être amélioré !
