Optimus Comfort

Pros: Very close to big metro station and pretty much in centre.

Cons: It was quite noisy in the night as the rooms are quite close to the main street. Had a difficult time getting sleep.

Pros: The size of the room, comfortable bed, clean Good metro connection to the center (station at 300 meters, and about 15 minutes trip to the center) Good app contact with the owner who allows us to leave the bags for some hours after checking out

Cons: Public parking free around the accommodation but very difficult to find a spot (we arrived at 1 am and after 20 minutes we found one spot at 800 meters) Confusion to find the appartment, because 100 meters away in the same street there is another appartment showing number 9 as well, so look for the bord \

Perfect location and no more than you might need

Pros: Amazing location, 30min to the beach and 30min to CAC. There was everything we needed as in mini apartment.

Cons: There were too little plates and cutlery in the room, we had to borrow from the kitchen and beds are too soft. The shower is made for slim people, there is only 30cm gap to enter it, so keep in mind booking it. I suggest to reduce the communication. I received too many messages. And car oarking was very complicated, we could hardly find space on the street.

Pros: Comfortable and clean room..very close to the supermarkets and cafe. 1.5km to the malvarossa beach. The common area with coffee machine and microwave oven seems to be good too,we couldn't use it as the are was under renovation. All in all the property is very safe and comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor..opening on the street .It was a very quiet and pleasant stay.

Perfecta ubicación y buena calidad/precio

Pros: Íbamos a un evento en el Roig Arena y queríamos una ubicación cercana, no lo habíamos contemplado y nos sorprendió saber que tiene una entrada al metro perfecta para acceder al centro de la ciudad, al final de la calle está la parada “marítim” que en 10 minutos estás en la parada que está a una calle del ayuntamiento, estando en fallas ha sido perfecto. También tiene a una calle la parada del bus que te lleba directo al Roig. La habitación cuando llegamos no estaba terminada (llegamos a las 12:00) y la chica muy amable nos dejó que dejásemos en la habitación nuestras pertenencias. La habitación es amplia, perfecta para descansar.

Cons: Más que no gustarnos, echamos en falta un espejo de cuerpo entero.

Pros: Nos gustó mucho, lo único es que el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, nosotros no lo encendimos pero se oia el motor de las otras habitaciones.

Pros: A nosotros nos tocó la habitación 4 y estaba muy bien. Tiene un baño pequeño, además una mini cocina con fregadero y sin nevera q la eché en falta. Además tiene un sillón, tele y una mesa. La cama era doble y era cómoda.

Cons: La manta era pequeña para dos aunque había más en un armario. Se escucha ruido de la calle y de otras habitaciones, pero nada exagerado.

Pros: Habitación muy completa y relación calidad, precio, muy bien.Ubicacion cercana a la estación de metro.Cama de matrimonio muy grande.Nos atendieron enseguida cuando llamamos por teléfono para la entrega de llaves.Volveria a ir.Gracias.

Cons: No funcionaban las lámparas de las mesita y almohadas muy bajas, pero como habían cojines no tuvimos problema, añadiría alguna percha más para el armario.

Ottimo ! Lo consiglio

Pros: Posizione ottima . Lavanderia a gettoni a due passi. Meteo e mezzi vicinissimi. Staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare .Posto piuttosto sicuro in quanto il cancello di entrata veniva chiuso dagli alloggianti.

Cons: Si potrebbe mettere del caffè o tè da poter prendere al mattino appena svegli e qualche posata per chi ordina on line il cibo. Anche le forbici😅 di cui avevamo necessità per tagliare delle bende.
