Pros: Everything was good, nice area close to the beach, the host was really polite and nice.

Very clean apartment

Pros: Very clean apartment, comfy bed, good location,easy check in.

Cons: The only reason couldn't rate 10 out of 10- there wasn't a cooker in the kitchen, microwave only.

Lovely little apartment for some down time in Valencia

Pros: I stayed here for just one night, but the apartment was very nice. It was very clear how to access the apartment which I appreciated especially since I was staying alone. The bed was big and comfortable, and the apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the beach. I would stay again. Also I had my phone stolen whilst on my trip and the staff were extremely supportive - I am very grateful for that especially when I had to ring them late at night! Thank you so much

Cons: Price could have been lower but I do understand it is a popular area and probably in line with other accommodations.

Great, comfortable accommodation perfect for a beach vacation

Pros: I really really liked the host, Gema, she was really nice, quick to answer and to help with everything.. We liked the location, around 15 minutes walk from the beach, and 5 minutes from the Mercadona supermarket. The bed was perfectly comfortable, the apartment was spacious and clean, with new furniture and we had all of the amenities. Wifi worked very well!

Cons: The only reason why this apartment doesn't have a 10 from us, but a 9.5 is because it was on the ground floor. That's all :)

Great little contemporary studio with convenient location.

Pros: Comfortable stay, had pretty much basic stuff needed, great location, everything was near by and no more than 10 min walk from beach! The hospitality was good, and the owner friendly, happy to help us . If I could mention something as improvement, perhaps more often house keeping check in from time to time and maybe reconsidering the price as we dit found it a bit overpriced for a simple contemporary studio ( with no cooking hob) For the housekeeping, we did place our sign asking for housekeeping, but none was offered unless we asked the owner to pass by for extra clean towels and toilet paper, which was quickly offered. Thank you for the hospitality. We would definitely consider it when visiting Valencia again! 😊

Beautiful stay

Pros: The space is clean with good furniture. Easy access in and out. Super close to the beach but also Tapas place and brunch places. Bikes to rent are few meters, shop and Pharmacy. Loved how communicative the organisation is! Trustworthy! I would book it again. Thanks again Gema

Great spot & great location

Pros: We loved the property. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, perfect location and the place was extremely clean and spacious. We would’ve rated it a 10 but the only downfall was the bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable which meant we didn’t really get a good nights sleep.
