Basic , good location, value for money ..exactly what I needed, bring earplugs just in case, contended over all.. thank

Pros: Staff and location , guy brought me a hairdryer, and communication was good.

Cons: Small bit noisy

Pros: Considering the price, I have no complaints. A cozy, slightly bare room. There's a shared shower and toilet. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Parking is a problem, but that's a problem for all big cities.

Cons: For that price, there's no downside.

Cheap but Amazing

Pros: The beds were soft and comfortable The location is amazing The airconditioning works great

Cons: The leaking airconditioning when turned on The ventilator was shaking a lot so that it's almost dangerous to turn on

Best vacay ever!

Pros: We where at the location for 12 days. Best time spend at the Kiwi Rooms! Would deff recommend this place if you want to explore the city! Location is really close to super market and beach.

Pros: The guide of this place is extremely details and easy to navigate. Their staff who helped us during our stay was really kind and helpful too. You can expect the best internet connection in town, fastest connection we experienced.

Pros: Amazing location for the beachside, metro and bus stops are also very close to reach city center easily, comfortable bed , clean rooms and bathroom , had a pleasant stay

Staying at Kiwi Rooms was a great decision. Clean, quiet, and the property manager was very helpful.

Pros: Very nice service. Great location, very close to the metro and the beach. Cabanyal is a great district, full of colorful houses, bars . Feel the atmosphere of this great city. I recommend it to everyone!

Pros: Great location, walkable to the beach, supermarket, metro The room was nice, super comfortable bed Shared bathrooms were fine Getting in and out the hostel without an issue

Cons: I would suggest to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain and a step, otherwise the water goes everywhere. The room is very simply furnished, could be done better for a better feel

Good option in a low budget

Pros: + Host Close to metro, bus, grocery Comfortable beds Clean Moody decor Automatic access - Loudly, thin walls (earplugs recommended) No kettle But if you accept above, that's very good option in a low budget!

I liked the stay, the host is really chill too!

Pros: Great location, AC in room and balcony for a really good price

Cons: It could use a kitchen
