Attic Loft Gran Vía

Pros: The apartment was clean, Wi-Fi was ok, instructions were provided and clear, communication with the host was good. We didn’t use the sofa, but the bed was comfortable, everything required for 3 nights stay of a small family was there. There is a metro station 7-10 minutes walk time, there are bus stops for the lines in different directions close to the location. The windows are almost not blocking the street sounds but because of the high floor it becomes a white noise: I am pretty sensitive to the sounds during my sleeping but I slept ok even with the open windows. To get to the apartment you use the elevator to the 8th floor and then the narrow stairs 2 floors up - was absolutely fine with us but you need to consider this if you have large suitcases and plan to go in and out 10 times per day. There are window roller blinds so that you can make dark nights if you wish. The paid parking is around 10 minutes walk from the place.

Cons: It was a pleasant stay, I cannot think about something negative

Pros: Good localization. Close to city center and metro station. Very nice view for the city.

Prima verblijf gehad.

Pros: Ruime accomodatie met een zeer ruim zonnig dakterras met mooi uitzicht. Gelegen dichtbij de oude stad. Goed bereikbaar met de metro vanaf het vliegveld.

Cons: Niets.

Bonnes vacaces

Pros: La terrasse est très grande et vous pouvez profiter du soleil. Le canapé est neuf et le lit est confortable. Le logement se situe à côté d'un supermarché cest très pratique.

Cons: Il manquait une petite couverture, nous avons eu froid les nuits. Et les fenêtres laissent un peu passer lair. C'est vrai que les finitions sont à revoir, mais l'appartement est calme et dispose d'un grand espace de vie'

IDEAL POR SITUACION

Pros: Muy bien ubicado. Parking cercano muy económico. Todo

Cons: Escaleras de acceso incómodas pero estaba indicado en la descripción.

Les vacances de rêve

Pros: La terrasse exceptionnelle, l’emplacement idéal, le lit très confortable

Pros: La terraza es impresionante y la ubicación es muy buena, al ser tan alto tiene poco ruido. Un detalle tener aquaservice en una ciudad como Valencia.

Cons: La accesibilidad no es perfecta, hay dos plantas de escaleras estrechas de la planta 8ª que llega el ascensor (que no funcionaba, aunque fuimos avisados previamente por el propietario y nos dio opción a cancelar gratuitamente) a la 10ª que está el apartamento. Podría estar más limpio y algunas cosas estaban bastante viejas como persianas o ventanas que provocan que suene el viento.

Increíble

Pros: El ático maravilloso, muy limpio y amplio, estuvimos unos dias y nos encantó, lo tiene todo, aparte la cama es bastante cómoda. Roberto fue muy atento y amable, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos en nuestra estancia. Volveremos segurísimo!!

Cons: No tengo nada malo que decir

Pros: Il terrazzo con vista a 360 gradi sui tetti dei palazzi attorno (è bello mangiare fuori ed è comodissimo per stendere i vestiti ad asciugarsi i panni al sole), il monolocale è molto grande e luminoso, anche se non recentissimo. In soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro della città (consiglio di prendere la strada che passa per la porta medievale, 100 metri a nord del palazzo, non quella proposta da Google Maps che passa attraverso alcune vie pericolose di sera). Attenzione a chi ha scarsa mobilità perché L'ascensore arriva all'ottavo piano, poi ci sono 2 piani di scale un po' strette.

Cons: Appartamento non pulitissimo, ma ho visto di peggio. Ci è saltata un paio di volte la corrente perché stavamo facendo funzionare contemporaneamente piano a induzione, lavatrice ed aria condizionata, e lo scaldabagno: l'interruttore generale é sopra la porta di entrata, accanto alla scatola del campanello.

Pros: Расположение недалеко от центра, на одной из главных улиц города. Достаточно было места для троих. Великолепная большая веранда на крыше, где можно посидеть за столом. Маленькая, но укомплектованная кухня.

Cons: В принципе, больших замечаний не было.
