Stay was excellent.

Pros: Property is at good locations, ground floor with parking, clean with welcome food and drinks is amazing.

Cons: I am not a fan of split bed if i am booking for a family. Also if you could provide slippers that would be awesome.

We would book it anytime we are in Valencia, the owner of the apt was very welcoming, we found all the amenities needed

Pros: The owner of the apt was very welcoming and made sure out questions were answered and there was personnel who we could contact at any time, the apt included all amenities and was so close to the city centre but still a quiet zone

Pros: Parking, walking distance to old town, washing machine, and welcome pack of food and drinks was very generous

Cons: Bathroom could have been better design and communication re parking could be improved

Pros: Apartment has everything i needed during the stay and it was very thoughtful that we received bountiful complimentary gifts during the stay.. the location is close to metro, bus, supermarket. I would give it 5stars experience

Pros: The host was extremely friendly, and communication was fast and seamless. The staff was very helpful and always ready to provide useful tips and information. The apartment was clean, nicely arranged, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The location is excellent, close to the city center and well connected to public transportation. A very kind gesture that pleasantly surprised us was a well-stocked fridge with drinks, along with snacks and a light meal waiting for us upon arrival. Highly recommended!

Very nice studio to stay.

Pros: The hospitality exceeded expectations! Lots of tasty “presents” were waiting for us upon our arrival. Also, the location is very central, and parking is a big advantage. In general, very clean and nice studio.

Cons: Everything was fine, just to consider - there is no window as this is actually not an apartment.

Suprisingly good stay

Pros: The place was equipped with anything you need, and all brand new. We loved they had different pillows you can choose. The towels were big enough, and good quality. Wifi speed was good. Location was perfect. The host was so kind and helpful, they let us early checkin. Really thoughtful gifts of food and drinks were prepared. The toilet had a bidet faucet.

Cons: Well, it is not an apartment flat 😅 it is actually an old shop turned into a small place to stay. The shop window is covered and they also had blackouts so you dont feel you are in a shop when inside. It was even better that we did not have to climb stairs with our luggage. I must say you hear every noise from the street. But it was a quiet street that we did not have much issue during the night.

Pros: Lokacija je vredu, pričakala nas je dobrodošlica (prigrizki, vina, pijača). Zelo pozorno.

Cons: V apartma vstopiš direktno z ulice, malo neprijeten občutek. Ni oken.
