Stylish apartment in Valencia

Pros: The apartment is amazing! So cozy, well organised and clean. Super spacious, beautifully decorated and just an overall apartment I dream to own one day with my husband.

Cons: Just the stairs. But that's what you get for the view.

Excellent place to visit Valencia without feeling to be but a tourist.

Pros: Truly excellent place to visit Valencia, spacious and ventilated appartment, located on the 4th floor in a typical and quiet street, a three minutes walk from the Botanical Garden if one needs a place to relax in the shadow of palms. The communication with the host and the wealth of information provided was excellent. Having been in Valencia for a conference, there was no time to make use of all the amenities of the place, so that I must come back to enjoy more fully what Appartement Elsa Valencia has to offer.

City break in Valencia

Pros: Location of apartment is very convenient, on a quite street but not far to walk to the old town. The apartment feels spacious and the terrace is a nice place to relax. 'La Placita' is a nice local cafe to eat and drink, it is located a few minutes walk from the apartment in Plaza de San Sebastian. They do nice breakfasts and some tapas dishes in the evening.

Cons: Just to be aware that the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment may be difficult for anyone who has mobility or fitness issues. You quickly recover from that though when you get to the apartment!

Excellent location, spacious apt.

Pros: The apartment location is fantastic. It's very near the metro line, which goes direct to the airport. Nice restaurants near by, we tried all the recommendations in the guest folder and liked all of them (one is closed). The apartment is right beside the supermarket, too. We hired bikes and enjoyed all the cycling. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Nothing really to fault. A few more small hand towels would be good.

Exceptional 10/10

Pros: This apartment is fantastic. I love the decor, the owner is fabulous and the location is wonderful. Top tip, don't always rush for the city centre, there are fabulous restaurants within two minutes walk if you go right instead of left at the front door! The owner has gone over and above in terms of what she provides for her guests comfort.

Cons: This is nothing to do with the apartment owner as it was never mentioned in the listing but please be aware there is no air conditioning. We stayed during a heatwave and it was very uncomfortable. Would I stay again, absolutely but maybe not in the height of summer! As I said though, the apartment is amazing and the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. This is by no means a complaint, just want to ensure guests were aware because I booked it but overlooked the fact it doesn't have air con.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Fabulous communication from Elsa. The apartment is wonderful. Love the quirky touches, just my style. The apartment was spotless, located just a short stroll to the old town with supermaket and local shops, restaurants located close by. Was easy travelling from the airport. Would definitely re-book when we next visit Valencia.

Nice apartment in good location

Pros: Great location. Well informed by owner and was greeted on arrival. Beds are comfortable and apartment had all the essentials. Well stocked supermarket very close by on other side of street. Nice restaurant for tapas around the corner towards botanical gardens.

Cons: Can be a bit smelly in this area due to antiquated city sewerage system and this is in the apartment too at times. Parking is a car park a few blocks away as residents parking only on roads in this part of town.

Great place. Full of character

Pros: Met on arrival to be given access and shown the apartment. Well located close to the old town. Lovely old apartment full of charm and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well stocked too. Beds very comfortable with overhead fan.

Cons: I did not enjoy the four flights of stairs but I knew it did not have an elevator.

Perfect place to stay, great location and friendly and helpful host

Pros: We had an amazing experience staying at Elsa's apartment. The location was perfect, with the center and the public transport within walking distance. The neighbourhood had a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay really enjoyable. The apartment itself was amazing! Everything was super clean and tidy and it had a very calming vibe. It had everything we needed. Elsa was an incredible host. She was extremely kind, helpful and was a great communicator. We would highly recommend to stay here. It was definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed at and we would love to stay here again in the future. Overall, we would rate it 10/10!
