It's not a luxurious apartment and covers the basic needs.

Pros: I stayed here on May 2025, 135/night. The apartment has 2 very similar bedrooms and a bathroom with a kitchen and living area. Water pressure was good, they must have fixed it. House is spacious and close to many restaurants and city center. Elevator worked just fine and the apartment is in the 9th floor. The host was very helpful and responded quickly.

Cons: Beds are firm and a bit noisy. Many of the things of the apartment like door handles and bathroom in general are old and they've made a renovation on top of those elements so you see new on top of old. TV is decades old. TV controller is even sticky. Shower curtain has mold, it's a cheap fix. Building is under renovation and walls stain your clothes.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, cerca a todo! cuenta con ascensor hasta el piso 9, la persona encargada siempre atenta a mis inquietudes, volveré sin dudarlo ✨

Super séjour , et personne charmante et disponible tout au long de notre séjour au besoin.

Pros: Il est très bien situé en ville , l’appartement est assez grand pour 2-3 personnes , au delà par contre l’agencement ne permet pas d’y vivre agréablement. Appartement bien équipé , avec climatisation, sans aucun problème apparent.

Cons: Les voisins sont TRÈS fêtards.

Pros: Appartamento bello e nuovo, adatto per una famiglia di 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini 9 e 3 anni). Posizione ideale per visitare la città, mezzi pubblici (sia metropolitana che autobus) molto vicino e centro città a 15 minuti a piedi.

Cons: Sarebbe opportuno aggiungere qualche utensile in più in cucina.

Muy buena experiencia

Pros: Las instrucciones del personal para entrar en el apartamento han sido muy claras de seguir. Hay una tabla de planchar que me vino de maravilla cuando quería llevar una camiseta que estaba arrugada. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores disponibles que funcionaban bastante bien. Todo el apartamento estuvo impecable en cuanto a limpieza y diseño.

Cons: No se encendía la luz de la cocina. Mis compañeros tuvieron quejas por no poder usar el aire acondicionado a su antojo.

Pros: Ubicación impecable, en el apartamento no falta detalle, se nota que los propietarios lo cuidan mucho. Son súper amables, nos recomendaron sitios para visitar en la ciudad ya que era nuestra primera vez en Valencia. Recomendaría sin duda
