Pros: A great, central location. The breakfast at the café down the road was excellent with friendly staff and there was lots of choice (especially for vegetarians like me). The apartment was very clean and facilities were also excellent. For a family of 4 like us with two small children, we were able to prepare meals and wash and dry clothes as needed. Check in was very easy and simple - could even be done via your phone!

Perfect stay

Pros: Apartment was spacious, bed very comfortable and kitchen eqipped with basic things you need. Location was top - close to the old town center and walking distance to Turia park. Tram and train station and a grocery store were 10 minute walk away. Its easy to check in with an app and all the important information is on visible places. Breakfast was in Artisana cafe 5min walk away and it was TOP - brunch (juice, granola, bagel whit topping, sweets and hot drink). Everything was fresh and deliciously prepared (vege, vegan).

Cons: Sofa bad was lound when kids were turning around therefore we took the matress from the sofa bed and put it on the ground....it was ok than. If you need to have sausage for breakfast like our kids do....the breakfast is not that good, because they dont serve it. We solved it with buying jamon in shop and ate the breakfast in our appartment.(for me this is not bad :-)

Pros: Nice location and lots of cozy bars and great places to eat close

Pros: In general all good, very spacey apartment in good location. Great breakfast in nearby bistro.

Cons: Underground parking can be challenging to maneuver for medium sized cars.

Pros: Excellent apartment. A little noisy at the front so ask for a rear apartment. Great facilities. Excellent communication with host Would stay again.

Pros: Beautiful area. the Apartment has everything you need even washing tablet and dishwasher tablet.

Cons: Sadly the walls to the apartment are very thin and therefore you can hear everyone else in the building adjecent.

Pros: Great property, spacious, clean, and in a great neighbourhood. Very efficient way of getting the entry codes.

Pros: The location is good, close to bus stations and metro. A lot of restaurants around the area. Staff are friendly, helpful.

Cons: The sound isolation could be improved. The sound from the bar downstairs can be loud over weekend. And the door between the two apartments is not helping at all. Cleaning can be improved too. There were dust after the first cleaning, feels like no vacuum cleaning was done.

Very comfortable apartment, great location

Pros: Excellent apartment, very comfortable and clean. Lovely balcony, which we didn’t use much because of the cold weather, but it must be amazing during summer. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment offers a (paid) garage, which we were not expecting and was an incredible surprise, as parking on the streets near the apartment was very challenging. Building has a lift.

Cons: Apartment was over a bar, so it got a bit loud at night on the room that faced the street. It misses hooks to hang wet towels, and somewhere to hang wet clothes after washing.

Pros: The apartment is very big, has everything you need and is well located.

Cons: There is a lot of unused space in the living room.
