Pros: Cozy and spacious apartment in the city center! Comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay in Valencia. Excellent communication with the hosts! We would love to stay here again!

Cons: The main aspect is north facing so in the shade

Great place, we would stay there again.

Pros: It was located near the city center, very accessible. The rooms were large and the Internet service was good. TV and air conditioning worked good in my bedroom. The apartment was clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. They provided towels, soap and shampoo so it was perfect for a short stay.

Cons: Very minor issues. The Internet didn’t reach the back bedroom. The shower drains were a little slow, they maybe need to be cleaned. The toilet seat in one bathroom was the wrong size for the toilet, it was too small for the bowl, so it was a little awkward.

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung: ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral, nur wenige Meter von Metro-Station, Bushaltestellen und Nord-Bahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst: sehr geräumig und gemütlich mit zwei Bädern.

Cons: ...es war etwas kompliziert, in den Hauseingang zu gelangen, da die Türöffnung per App nicht funktionierte. Ein freundlicher Mitbewohner ließ uns jedoch mit ein, sodass auch dies letztendlich kein Problem war...

Pros: Great location! Easy check in and very responsive host who accommodated an early check in. It’s walking distance to a lot of sights and close to public transport if you need to get anywhere.

Cons: - some rooms didn’t have AC. The ACs were also not strong enough - one shower didn’t have good water pressure

Pros: Très bon emplacement, appartement moderne et confortable.

Molto bello

Pros: Gli ambienti curati, raffinati e nuovi la pulizia ottima e la posizione centrale. La struttura si trova a lato dell’arena e si può girare il centro raggiungere tutti i punti centrali a piedi. Inoltre è vicina a tram, metro e stazione taxi. Con il tram 10 in pochi minuti abbiamo raggiunto la zona della città della scienza e dell’oceanografico

Cons: Le scarse informazioni datemi dal referente visto che c’era il check-in online ma non era spiegato come si aprisse il portone, nè il piano dell’appartamento. Inoltre sul portone non c’è neanche una targa indicante il nome della struttura.

Pros: A localização e exelente o apartamento e bastante agradavel.

Cons: A TV da sala e do quarto junto a sala nao funcionava ,dava jeito para a noite descontrair mas pronto .
