Pros: Apartment was perfect for 4 of us and very conveniently located to historic part of the city.

Pros: Location was great, very local feeling but still super close to things. The flat itself was cool with some great art and easy access with lift. The management company was really helpful and nice, and very responsive. She even made us reservations for lunch!

Cons: The flat's bathroom and kitchen were dated and worn, and shower was not in great shape. This led to the flat not feeling clean in places. Therefore the value for money was not great- if it was cheaper I would have not had an issue with these things. It was inconvenient to go to one location to get keys and then on to the flat with a group of people and luggage. We would use the company again but not the flat.

Pros: The place is beautiful and well furnished and decorated. The rooms are comfortable and the host is super accessible. It is well situated, for 2 people is even more than expected! There is air conditioning and shutters, very practical.

Cons: Not super well isolated for noise, you can hear neigbourus and the noises inside the house.

Lovely apartment, great location

Pros: Fantastic property with lots of space and nicely decorated. Location is so great, close to old town and Russafa which has lots of great local bars. Beds a little hard for my taste but fine.

Cons: All great really. Beds could be softer and keys had to be picked up from an office 15 min walk away which was a bit of hassle but no big issue.

Lovely apartment in a perfect setting.

Pros: Light and airy this comfortable apartment gave us everything we needed for our stay and was in a perfect location for food, drink and sightseeing.

Cons: The pillows we're quite old and the kettle took ages to boil. 2 very small negative comments in an otherwise perfect stay.

Good value for money

Pros: Location great, in the vicinity of main city attractions, metro station few steps from apartment, old mansion furnished with taste, everything was good

Cons: Was little bit cold, had problems with heating, could be little bit cleaner, everything else was cool

Pros: The central location was brilliant. Easy to use the metro to get to the beach/airport. Aircon worked well at night. Just a short walk to Ruzafa to get the best tapas and have a look at vintage clothes shops.

Cons: Could have been more generous with toilet rolls.

Pros: spacious apartment with extra facilities (washing machine, coffee maker, etc) to make it more comfortable. well situated within walking distance from everything

Cons: would have appreciated an extra towel

Great value, well located apartment in Valencia

Pros: Excellent location close to the station and bullring. Lift up to the spacious, attractive apartment on 4th floor. Great help and advice from managing agent. Arrangements possible for early check in.

Cons: Bathroom needs updating, but shower worked ok. Arriving early did mean keys had to be collected from the managing agent's office. Nothing else.
