Pros: We had an incredible stay! Very easy check in process and the apartment had everything you could possibly need: a hair dryer, a clothing iron, a washing machine, a lot of cooking utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Thank you so much to the host for helping us with a late check in request and any issues we had during our stay, he responded so quick and always helped us. We would definitely stay here again!

Short stay in January

Pros: We stayed in house F . Very good apartment. Comfortable bed and great shower. Nice kitchen. Good location between the beach and the old city. Many restaurants and bars around. Local feel. Well connected with public transport to the centre. Easy to check in and out. No keys. All digital with the code received via a link. You just share your location and then slide unlock on the webpage and the door unlocks itself. (First timers must pay attention 😉 and there is no clear instruction on the webpage what to do. So Just slide “ the unlock” and you get the door open.)

Cons: The airco could not be turned into heating and so the house was freezing cold with no way to warm it up. For the rest all was very nice. Great for 2-3 nights stay( not for longer due to no windows ( only light coming from outside is from the milk glass of the front door. Small window opens directly to the street )

Good apartment with all the facilities

Pros: Good apartment with all the facilities you need. Many shops around, few minutes walk to the bus which takes you to the centre or to the beach. Very helpful staff

Cons: You have to do the check in online and also they send you a link to open the door which was a bit tricky.

Pros: The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you needed.

Cons: The sofa bed was very unstable, hard to sleep on. I recommend the apartment for a maximum of 2 people.

Pros: Apartment was nice, clean, everything that was needed! For us, perfect location, the sea is close as well as the park and city centre. Shop is near, metro station, perfect.

Cons: A bit surprised its on the first floor, enternance straight away on the street, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Pros: Newly renovated and nice place. Food, Shops very close the space. Metro and Bus station easy to reach also.

Cons: 1st floor with door opening directly to walking area is a bit strange (even is is very good to get all stuff in and out). Parking is 10 min walk (extra price) - not bad, but would be great to have it more close.

Pros: Very nice apartment in Valencia. Everything was comfortable, clean, and convenient. Great location, close to everything. Parking is available, which is a big plus. Pet-friendly — we stayed with our dog without any problems (there’s a €20 extra charge for a pet). The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay!
