Good situation and nice apartment.

Pros: Situation is great. Really in the middle of everything. We got always help if we needed to ask something.

Cons: Bedrooms and roof balcony have really high and dangerous spiral staircases. It is good to know, if you have any problems with our legs.

Pros: We came early and the host was nice , we left things and she told us about the city. Location is perfect and the terrace is worth the stay

Cons: Everything ok. Could use a bit of renovation and window cleaning but a price is great for the location.

Beautiful property in unbeatable location

Pros: Fantastic location which felt safe as well as central. Really useful to have efficient washing machine and dishwasher. Beautiful outdoor seating area. Helpful and quick response from owner with queries including where to leave luggage after checkout. There is SO much to do in Valencia - we can recommend Segway tour with ‘Segway Anyway’ and learning how to cook paella with ‘My First Paella’

Cons: Only a small thing, but it would be useful to have a few basics such as salt, pepper, oil, etc for cooking and enough dishwasher tablets for a week or greater provision of crockery (eg there were only 2 bowls). But as I say, these are minor things and the property is amazing

Our stay at BUBUFlat was an absolute delight!

Pros: Our stay at BUBUFlat was an absolute delight! The duplex is a true gem — beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from El Mercat, the Catedral de Valencia, and all the main attractions. You’ll find charming coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping all around. It’s perfectly situated between Plaza del Ayuntamiento on one side and Plaza de la Reina on the other. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend BUBUFlat to anyone visiting Valencia!

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location, will be back!

Pros: Amazing location in the old town, right next to the bustling market. Good space, handy to have the sofa bed, great facilities with full working kitchen with dishwasher.

Cons: Bathroom, particularly the shower was quite small, but not really an issue.

Bubu Valencia

Pros: Fantastic location and very helpful manager allowed us an early check-in which was great. The location is perfect, in the Old Town just a few yards from all the main tourist attractions. The rooftop terrace is a great extra.

Cons: There was a residual smell of cigarette smoke.

Lovely family stay in a fabulous location

Pros: The location was amazing - right in the middle of the historic town. The part meant was quirky and unique. The roof terrace was fabulous with brilliant views over Valèncian rooftops. Close by lots of bars and restaurants.

Cons: Spiral staircase was tricky - especially with suitcases. Second bedroom very small with no storage but we were only there 3 nights so we managed.
