Perfect place, perfect location and perfect city. Going back in 2 months time
Pros: ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED AND MORE, there’s also lift that comes from downstairs INTO your apartment.
Cons: Can’t say a thing to be honest. It’s definitely top in my books.

A very pleasant apartment in a fantastic location. Despite some minor things I’d definitely return to this apartment.
Pros: The apartment was in a great location, spacious and clean. The staff responded quickly to any queries and hopefully may implement some small suggestions from guests to make the stay more enjoyable.
Cons: It was unfortunate that our arrival was delayed due to the ferry running 3 hours late. Midnight is not a good time for anyone, so both the ‘greeter’ and ourselves probably wanted to get everything sorted quickly but importantly ….we were not told about the lift that accessed the apartment directly and my aging partner had to manipulate the steep, narrow winding stairs with heavy suitcases. Not a good start.

Apartment in the centre of Valencia.
Pros: Wonderful location 2 minutes from the Central Market and 5 from the cathedral. Apartment nicely furnished and well equipped. Owner gave us clear explanations, and helped with luggage. She told us how to get cheap bus tickets. Lift opened straight into the apartment: unusual!
Cons: Asked to check in early, and was told we would be given a time the day before arrival, but we heard nothing, and couldn't contact the office. So we had to drag our luggage around for 3 hours. Finally arranged a time to meet, and she was very helpful. On a narrow street, so apartment was a bit dark. No English television programmes.

Perfect location. Great soundproofing. Would recommend.
Pros: Amazing soundproofing of the windows. Comfortable beds.
Cons: We visited in early October and although there was a sheet provided, a ticket cover would have been a good idea for the colder nights.

A charming place to explore charming Valencia!!!
Pros: Very nice centrally located apartment. In the center of the old town, close to all sights. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay!!! And Natalia is charming and responsive!! I recommend!!!

We had a great time here in Valencia, the apartment was comfortable, clean, easy to find, close to all the main historic
Pros: Perfect location, quiet, despite being so central, superb communication with friendly staff, and the apartment was spotlessly clean
Cons: No downsides for us, we loved it

Fantastic! The best location you could ask for if you want to explore the city.
Pros: The location could not have been better. We were able to walk everywhere very easily. Most places of interest were no more than 5 minutes walk away. It was lovely to be opposite the market and lots of tapas bars!
Cons: The only thing the property needs is a full length mirror and a little more lighting in the bedroom.

Pros: Perfect location!!!!!!!!!! Nice staff, no sound problems from outside, everything we needed was there.
Cons: The place looked and smelled great. We just had a dead roach in the bathroom. It’s a problem of the city however, not the location.

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros: Appartamento grande, posizione centrale e comodissima per raggiungere ogni punto della città a piedi. Nonostante la posizione centrale appartamento silenzioso e ben insonorizzato.
Cons: Check in gestito in presenza su appuntamento: sarebbe sicuramente più comodo poterlo gestire autonomamente. Poco igienica forse la tenda nella doccia, ma è un'opinione personale. Non siamo riuscite infine a far funzionare la televisione, ma si vive lo stesso
