Pleasant stay.

Pros: The flat was very pleasant. We (two people) stayed there for five days in February 2026. It is located five minutes from a supermarket and a bus stop (25 minutes to the centre of Valencia). The host responded promptly and kindly. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for two people.

Cons: The flat is not suitable for people with limited mobility, because of the staircase and the small shower. Although overall we liked it.

Large and very clean apartment with very good facilities.

Pros: Everything was really great. Very clean. Helpful host. Good facilities. Big apartment. The location is a bit outside Valencia, but it wasn't a big issue.

Appartamento molto carino Alaquàs.

Pros: La casa è pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort: forno, macchinetta caffè Dolce Gusto, piano induzione, condizionatore e lavatrice. Se dovessi tornare a Valencia rifarei sicuramente questa scelta.

Pros: Todo perfecto, dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. La ubicación perfecta para moverte por la zona.

Ottima struttura. Consigliata.

Pros: la casa permette di avere abbastanza spazio per una famiglia di 4 persone, così da poter eventualmente anche cucinare usando l' angolo cottura. La proprietaria è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La struttura dista circa 7 km dal centro di Valencia. Però è molto ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici.

SUPER RECOMENDABLE

Pros: Muy amable la persona que me atendió, check in rápido, instalaciones Impecables, cómodo y con detalles como, café de cápsulas, aceite, sal, vinagre, etc.

Cons: Lo único malo, es que estacionar es casi imposible en ciertas horas. Pero hay un terreno a 4 cuadras (muy embarrado y con pozos) Pero hay lugar. Fuera de ese predio...Nada. la noche que llegamos, dimos vueltas casi 2 horas. (hasta que nos encontramos con el predio antes mencionado)
