Pros: The location is great - lots of shops and bars, close to a vibrant Ruzafa neighbourhood. Many bus stops nearby. You can even walk on foot to the city centre. The apartment is located on the street but it’s well-soundproof. Even though I’m a light sleeper I could always get enough rest so you don’t have to worry about it. The furniture and appliances are new and pretty. The kitchen was great with all the cleaning stuff included. Highly recommend a stay in this place!
Cons: I didn’t find any negatives

Pros: Communication with the staff was excellent, the apartment is huge, very clean, well equipped, the bathroom even has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is super equipped, has everything you need to make a simple meal, also a big plus is that there is an iron and a washing machine. The shop is across the street so the location is ok, it takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to get to the center.
Cons: It is perhaps only necessary to mention that the entrance to the apartment is from the street if that is a problem for anyone, it was ok for us. It would also be a good idea to put something by the shower so that the water doesn't come out while you are showering, it is a bit inconvenient.

It's worth to book up to 2 people max for Valecia trip.
Pros: Fully equipped loft-appartment. Kitchen, bathroom up to house standards. Very close to main stations and old town by walk. Plenty of local food and drink places where locals spend their time too.
Cons: TV was not set. Only online streaning worked, but that big of an issue as I had laptop with me anyway.

Limpio y nuevo
Pros: El loft es nuevo, por lo que es muy cómodo. Estaba todo muy limpio y excepto la cafetera todo funciobaba bien.
Cons: Ahora mismo el barrio tiene bastantes cucarachas americanas, y aunque la puerta del loft tiene las medidas mecesarias para que no se cuelen, se nos coló una. Eso y que la cafetera de capsulas no iba correctamente, pero vamos, por buscar pegas, de resto todo bien.

Très bonne adresse pour un court séjour
Pros: Petit studio très confortable grâce à des équipements complets: éclairage bien pensé (enfin des lampes qui permettent de lire au lit !), cuisine bien équipée (grille pain, Nespresso, boîtes de conservation...bref, tout ce qui manque d’habitude dans une location de courte durée). L’emplacement n'est pas glamour mais très pratique : alimentation et transports à 2 pas. Le centre est accessible à pied (15/20 mn de marche à travers de beaux quartiers, ou 10mn de bus).
Cons: Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne directement sur la rue. Mais la ventilation et/ou la climatisation se chargent d’aérer le studio.

Super miejsce na bazę noclegową na krótki wypad do Walencji.
Pros: Czystość, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, rozkład pokoju, lokalizacja i nowoczesność.
Cons: Brak informacji, że wejście do mieszkania jest bezpośrednio z ulicy. Finalnie nie było to żadnym problemem, ale byliśmy trochę zaskoczeni ;)

Repetiría sin dudarlo
Pros: - Muy buena zona llena de servicios (restauración, supermercados, farmacias, bares, etc) - El apartamento está nuevo y es muy chulo. - Calidad/precio 10 de 10. - Tienes un montón de servicios: aire acondicionado, servicio de streaming en TV, secador de pelo, lavadora, lavavajillas, cafetera, utillaje y menaje para la cocina... - Las cápsulas de café, las pastillas para el lavavajillas y las de la lavadora para un par de lavados y volver con la ropa limpia, un puntazo,
Cons: El wifi no me funcionaba: me daba error a pesar de revisar la contraseña varias veces, pero sin más, no me supuso un inconveniente. En la ducha tienes gel, champú y acondicionador gratis. El dispensador de acondicionador no funciona, imagino que por la densidad del producto, deberían revisarlo. El plato de ducha está al mismo nivel del suelo y no hay una barrera para retener el agua (la cortina no impide que salga el agua por debajo de ella), si no llevas cuidado es fácil inundar el suelo del baño y tienes que estar fregando cada vez que te duches.
