Sweet Aparment in Russafa (Soho)

Pros: Very nice, sweet and clean apartment. Comfortable bed, bathroom with lot of amenities. Iron, washing machine.... Excellent value.

Cons: The entrance is directly from the street and there is a noise during the night from the building elevator. Check in is too late if you ask me.

Pros: New space and extremely clean - 10 out of 10! We went for the Valencia Marathon, we only stayed 2 nights, but the place is ideal for a long stay. It has washing machine, iron and everything you can imagine you will need during your stay. It even has a hair difusor - people with curly hair will understand how important is that in our routine. We booked this place after a last minute cancelation of our previous booking and we couldn't be more satisfied. We don't know exactly how far it is from the main attractions because we only went for the marathon and with the storm Dana everything was a bit different, but I am sure there are transports nearby.

clean place, good location, good value if you don't mind the noise

Pros: The appartment was very clean. The wifi was fast (although it didn't work all the time). The kitchen had all the basic equipment, so did the bathroom, there was even a washing machine. There was enough towels for a whole family for a whole week. The location is ok, close to several bus stations, not even too far to walk to Russafa, Turia Harden, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias ...

Cons: There is a constant noise coming from above the appartment above (even at night, sounds like a pump or a machine, every minute or so). Also the appartment is basically on the street so you can hear the traffic all the time (it did not present too much of a problem with the windows closed). It would be a very nice touch if there were things like some salt and sugar in the kitchen, although Aldi was closeby.

Pros: Everything was like on photos, rooms and bathroom were clean, we had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: At first we booked 4 nights, because of flight cancellation we wanted to switch to 3 nights, but it was not allowed due to minimum night reservation policy.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, mieszkanie bardzo ładne zadbane

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, z dziećmi do centrum chodziliśmy głównie piechotą. W pobliżu sklep Aldi. Mieszkanie czyste i ładne, wystarczające dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Do dyspozycji lodówka, pralka, suszarka do włosów, kawiarka, mikrofalówka i żelazko. Bardzo polecam.

Pros: Posizione vicina a supermercati e fermate autobus. Presente tutto il necessario. Pulito. Ottimo.

Puntos de mejora

Pros: La decoración muy linda, y la ubicación y el apartamento en sí muy cómodos

Cons: Una de las puertas de la mampara del baño no deslizaba bien y casi se nos cae encima. El desagüe del lavamanos y el de la ducha no funcionaban correctamente, lo que provocaba que se acumulara agua. Además, los ventiladores tenían bastante suciedad acumulada.

Pros: Ottima posizione, stanza pulita è abbastanza silenziosa.

Pros: L’appartamento si trova al piano terra (si entra proprio dal marciapiede) è spazioso e può ospitare fino a 4 persone (letto matrimoniale in camera e divano letto in cucina/soggiorno). È attrezzato con tutto quello che serve per una vacanza (lenzuola e asciugamani, set bagno, phon, attrezzatura cucina, bollitore, microonde, tostapane). Al bagno si accede dalla camera da letto ed è veramente grande e pulito. Nel giro di qualche centinaio di metri ci sono 3 supermercati (Aldi, Mercadona, Consum, attenzione solo agli orari). Buona posizione anche se lì non arriva la metro, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione del nord (verso il centro) e 25 dalla città della scienza. L’autobus più vicino è l’8 e poco più in là il C3 (comodo per chi ha figli e vuole andare direttamente al parco Gulliver). Dall’aeroporto la cosa migliore è metro 3 o 5, fermata Xativa e poi a piedi. Ottimo il check in autonomo con cassetta di sicurezza.

Cons: Mancanza del Wi-Fi nell’appartamento.
