Pros: very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen works well and the location is next to a few supermarkets for convenience.

Cons: Street parking near the near the apartment is difficult, rarely is there a spot anywhere remotely close.

Cons: Le quartier Pas de clim dans les chambres (compliqué en période de canicule) Présence de blatte (même si le propriétaire a mis de l'insecticide dans chaque pièce)
