Great hotel, great location, very friendly staff. Would recommend.

Pros: Location is excellent. Hotel very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Their attitude was excellent!!

Cons: Hotel very clean but really strong smell of disinfectant the whole time. Room was cold and the duvet was extremely thin. Extra blankets definitely needed. Lock on door was broken didn't feel very secure.

Fabulous stay in centro historico

Pros: The room with two single beds was fabulous. Very comfortable, large, clean and light. The location is amazing, yet the street is quiet. The staff is just adorable, super friendly and helpful. Cherry on top is the rooftop terrace. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a lift in the building (many other hotels in the Centro historico don't).

Cons: The wifi is pretty weak (5th floor)

Cons: Windows were opening from the wind, a bit of touch up for shower and cleaning countertops would be nice

Pros: Location Was very quiet Lobby area on the 1st floor

Cons: The hook/hanger for the towels near the sink and shower could not hold the towels and these kept falling off. (Particularly the one near the sink).

A stylish and cozy place

Pros: I really liked the spacious and stylish room, the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom, and the coffee machine in the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet location, close to the most beautiful parts of the city and a park, so it's convenient for running.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The administrator was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional, which made us feel very welcome from the first moment. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. Having a coffee machine available was a great bonus and made our mornings even more pleasant. We would gladly stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Pros: A lovely small hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the centre of the old town and bus stop just 5mins away. Nice quiet rooms onto a quiet street so no traffic noise.

Pros: The location is FANTASTIC! The hotel suits inside the historical part of the city, so takes less than 5 minutes to get to the majority of places of interest. Bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. As a solo female traveller, I felt both safe in the hotel and its neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful — I planned to check in after 11 PM and they sent me all the instructions to come in. Rooms are super clean and good-smelling. It was also really quiet here (5th floor), without any noise. You can spend time on the rooftop which is open at night as well.

Cons: - It was written that the reception works 24/7 but in fact it doesn’t. You should send your passport copy to the hotel in order to check in after 9 or 10PM. They respond and inform you perfectly but still you should be aware of such a detail. - The room was really small, so there was only a double-sized bed and 1 inch of space. If you’re travelling not alone, it will be not comfortable enough.
