Pros: Great location - on the edge of the Old Town. Nicely renovated old building and fantastic typical Spanish breakfast.

Cons: The only minor complaint is that one of the face towels was torn.

Pros: Great location. Close to the historic center and the Turia Gardens. Friendly hotel staff. Nice atmosphere. Very good breakfast. The hotel is clean, cleaned daily. If I'm in Valencia again, I'd gladly return.

Pros: The venue is close to Almeda station (5 metro lines and 12 mn away from hotel). That meant easy connection/ travel made easier to many places. Staff was ver nice and helpful. Also hotel is round the corner to historic Valencia!

Cons: not a TV person but sometimes I like my info news or movie to help me sleep Connection needs to be looked into and make it more stable.

Aside from that unexpected policy, everything else was fantastic.

Pros: My experience at Ad Hoc was genuinely wonderful. The hotel has a unique charm, beautiful architecture, peaceful surroundings, and rooms that are spotless, comfortable. Everything feels thoughtfully cared for, from the warm welcome at the front desk to the relaxed atmosphere throughout the building. The location is also excellent, allowing easy access to the city’s highlights without the noise and crowds. The staff were attentive and friendly, and overall the stay exceeded my expectations. I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of.

Cons: There was, however, one moment that caught me completely off guard. During check-in, they insisted on verifying that the guest staying was the same person whose name was on the payment card, and they even asked to physically see the card. I’ve used booking platforms many times, including booking rooms for friends and I’ve never encountered this requirement before. It felt strange and a bit intrusive, especially because I couldn’t understand the logic behind it. I even wondered what would happen if the names didn’t match, would they refuse the stay and leave someone without a room despite the booking being fully paid? The whole process felt unnecessarily strict and definitely touched on my privacy more than expected.

Overall a great stay would happily recommend

Pros: Great location. Both guys on reception were lovely, very helpful. We could book trip tickets and taxis. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Perfect breakfast fruit yogurt pastries. Bacon eggs meats cheese bread juice all good quality. Lady always pleasant helpful and efficient . Good shower and comfy bed

Cons: The bathroom smell was not good . But we did find this in other bars and on the streets too. The bathroom was lovely and clean.
