The best hotel in Valencia

Pros: No detail has been missed in the execution of this property. It’s stunning. The location is the best in Valencia, the staff are exceptional - each and everyone of them and Lladró serves the city’s best cocktails

Pros: The decor is amazing the lladro bar is lovely to have a relaxing drink surrounded by lladro porcelain. Location is excellent for sightseeing in the old town loved our stay.

Exceptional quality

Pros: Exceptional quality across the board. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Viktor, Ivan and Maria. The room was immaculate. The roof top terrace has excellent views.

Cons: There was some noisy building renovation, which prevented me taking a nap. It was annoying at the time but the staff apologised and made up for it.

Pros: Great location, pretty interiors, very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. For my birthday, the staff organised cake and cava, which I appreciated very much.

Pros: Great hotel everything to such a high standard fantastic staff front of house so good giving information about where to go and where to eat nothing was to much trouble and also Antonio at the bar great service always smiling the hotel is great but the staff make it fantastic
