Good location, brakfast and staffs are really nice.

Pros: The location of the hotel is great. Less than 10 mins walk to the old town center. Love the spa facility as well.

Cons: Noise from other room. I can hear guests upstairs room talking after midnight. Difficult to sleep.

Pros: Lovely staff and front desk team. New hotel nice (but quite unpractical) design

Cons: The hotel’s bar, Cafe de las Horas is terrible. Hardcore classical music in a cocktail bar at 10pm. Seriously ??? It was an awful experience! The bar team was lovely, they also were worried because several of us were complaining. Apparently that is what the owner wants.

Beautiful hotel in the old town

Pros: Beautiful designed and high quality hotel in the old center, 10 minutes walking from the metro. Very comfortable beds and excellent facilities.

Cons: Had no spare time to visit the wellness center, next time!

Pros: Everything was nice, we went for my bday and they really let me feel like an bday lady. My friend got sick also the last day and it was no problem to extend our stay until we had to go to the airport. They were really helpful. Thank you

Pros: The vibe is very good. Also the staff and the design. Don’t forget to visit the lounge at the 2nd floor that had a recent restoration project of the original ceiling. Very beautiful.

Great location, great staff and excellent facilities.

Pros: New hotel located in the centre of Valencia. Lovely room and the staff at reception were super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be in the centre of the city.

Cons: The jacuzzi could be a little bit bigger.
