Clean, central and spacious

Pros: Our original property had a plumbing problem which meant it was not available. We were informed of this on the day we were due to arrive but a replacement property in a more central location and with a higher specification was efficiently found for us and quickly communicated. The guy who dealt with us at the office was informative, friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

Cons: The office location is a bit difficult to find, especially on a Sunday when the passage is locked with a large iron gate. I think as an organisation, Singular Stays could be more helpful in identifying where their office is situated and how to access.

Nice stay

Pros: The appartement is well furnished and looks much better than on the photos. You have all necessary kitchen utilities, iron, hairdryer, etc. The location is excellent, you also have a big supermarket nearby.

Cons: No salt, sugar, pepper. No shower gel. These are small things that can be easily improved.

Cons: Not easy to find the office to collect the key.

Pros: Wonderful location. Apartment is exactly as on the pictures. Spacious and in very quiet area. Excellent service and communication with the owner company.

Cons: A bit outdated and the cleaning can be improved.

Pros: Mieszkanie fajnie zlokalizowane, winda w budynku, mieszkanie jest duże, jasne i przestronne. Kuchnia wyposażona jest we wszystkie udogodnienia (garczki, talerze, kubki, sztućce, ekspres na kapsułki, kafeterie, itp.). Ogólnie - POLECAM.

Cons: Cienkie stropy i słychać sąsiadów z góry, ale idzie wytrzymać.

Excelente alojamiento para descubrir Valencia

Pros: La situación del apartamento es ideal. Céntrica y muy tranquila. La cocina está bien equipada y la cama es cómoda.

Cons: El proceso de llegada requiere ir a buscar las llaves a un lugar, luego ir a aparcar a otro para finalmente llegar al apartamento sin que nadie te acompañe.
