Perfect stay
Pros: The house was perfect, the area was safe and quite, you have everything you want close to the property. We had an excellent stay!
Cons: The pillows and the mattress weren’t to soft.

Modern and high-tech apartment with a great location!
Pros: Great modern feel apartment with mobile kitchen and built in appliances, everything is new and in a top shape, amenities pack was really good. Location is great, you can come by Line 5 metro from the airport to Maritim station, it's 10 mins to walk to the property. It is also a short walk to enjoy the beach, park in the center of the city and Oceanografic centre.
Cons: I would add some cabinets to store the clothes, as we only had the hanging rack there and there wasn't a place to keep smaller clothes items, but of course you can just keep them in your suitcase. Also a hand soap dispenser would be great.

Pros: Stylish & clean studio, very comfortable bed, good shower, rather cool inside even without air conditioning, easy to find and check in, close to the beach and all the nice restaurants and bars of the neighborhood
Cons: No windows (except the ones at the side of the door which you can’t really open) & very noisy (you can hear everything from the street) but at night it’s Ok as there is not much traffic and less people passing by

Kein Luxus, aber für uns genau richtig!
Pros: Das Appartment liegt fußläufig zum Strand. Das war uns wichtig. Da Valencia groß ist, mussten wir immer den ÖPNV am Abend nutzen, um in die Stadt zu kommen fürs Abendessen und zum Weggehen. Der stellt dann den Verkehr gegen Mitternacht ein, weswegen wir zur Rückfahrt zum Appartment stets Uber brauchten. Kostet knapp unter 10€. ÖPNV in Valencia ist top, das Appartment ist mit der U5 vom Flughafen aus sehr gut erreichbar und ÖPNV ist nicht teuer. Man braucht allerdings ein AB+ Ticket vom Flughafen. Für die anderen Fahrten reicht A (10 Fahrten ca. 6 Euro, ein Ticket kann auch von zwei Personen genutzt werden. Das Ticket funktioniert auch in den Bussen. Zugang zum Appartment funktioniert über eine App. Hat tadellos funktioniert Generell gesprochen ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top und für uns war es die optimale Wahl.
Cons: Wir fanden bei Ankunft eine tote Kakerlake im Bad. Da man ja vom Strand immer viel Sand mitzieht, musss man da auch mal sauber machen. Leider gab es keinen Staubsauger, wir mussten das dann immer kehren. Das bleibt bei mehreren Strandbesuchen nicht aus.

Pros: Good location and helpful staff! The property was great- it had everything.
Cons: It was a bit noisy from outside. Also I wish there was extra laundry/dishwasher detergent but overall great!

Goed verblijf op een top locatie
Pros: Het was een top locatie, dichtbij de zee en dichtbij de stad.
Cons: Je had niet iets voor buiten en als je de woning beneden hebt en je wil de ramen open doen dan kijkt iedereen naar binnen.

Tutto perfetto ma senza balcone
Pros: Posizione vicina ai mezzi, vicinanza alla spiaggia a piedi in 10 minuti, si può attivare anche alla zona dell'acquario a piedi in mezz'oretta. Pulito con tutto il necessario per cucinare e lavare. Letto comodo. Assistenza ottima.
Cons: Essendo una abitazione al piano terreno senza balcone, quando si fa la lavatrice è un po' complicato asciugare la biancheria e arieggiare la stanza bene. Comunque c'è il climatizzatore e diverse finestre grandi.
