Pros: Good sized flat with a balcony. Good living room with good sized tv. 3 double rooms.. close to train.. close to central area.

Cons: Not much to dislike really.

We enjoyed our stay, property was clean and had everything we needed. Just a few maintenance issues would have improved

Pros: The location was good. A short walk to beach, buses and the tram.

Cons: The property needed a bit of attention. The bathrooms were clean, but the flush on both toilets was very loose and needed some care to use. The microwave was unstable and slightly unsafe.

Lovely apartment, definitely recommend it.

Pros: Light, airy and comfortable apartment with lovely character, well laid out and great facilities. Efficient air con and Wi-Fi. We’ll located for public transport and walking distance to the beach and port. Bakery next door was great too! We were able to check in early which was great as we had an early morning flight.

Cons: Dirty/dusty communal stairwell that ended up going into the apartment. This is probably due to the building work going on next door which was noisy but no fault of the owners or apartment.

Pros: Buena reforma y decorado con gusto. Cómodo para llegar a la zona de la playa y el puerto. Calle tranquila sin ruido.

Cons: No tiene ascensor, pero no es un piso alto.

Excellent appartement : on reviendrait volontiers dans cet appartement si on revient à Valence.

Pros: Trésor propre et très confortable. Très bien situé à 10 minutes de marche de la plage, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et tout près des transports en commun menant au centre.

Cons: Chambres en peu exiguës.
