Pros: Great location, close to attractions and restaurants.

Location is good

Pros: Spacious and comfortable bed. Well equipped, lighting is the thing here.

Valencia is an exceptionally clean & great walking city with wonderful architecture.

Pros: The apartment itself was well furnished with all necessary appliances (Dishwasher, Washing Machine, TV, WiFi, Fridge, Microwave, Air Conditioning, etc.) but from our point of view the location is it's biggest advantage. It's situated very near the Torres del Serranos so the dried-up Turia riverbed is a fantastic artery running through the city allowing one to stroll long distances at leisure. It's also in a very active neighbourhood with a large amount of restaurants, bars and cafes. It's definitely a city we will return to.

Cons: There are narrow stairs of approx. 50 steps up to the apartment so while it was OK for us it may not suit anyone with mobility difficulties. The only real criticism we'd have is that there's only one bathroom.

Exceptional location and spacious.

Pros: The location was first class. The apartment is very spacious and the design is modern. It was very quiet. I have mentioned some negatives but the negatives should not sway you from booking this apartment. The things that bothered us might be minor to others.

Cons: We drove to Valencia and had a hard time finding the location. The directions were unclear and the videos that were sent to us were in reverse as if we drove in a different way. Access was quite confusing. This probably would not be an issue if you arrived a different way. The pictures show the apartment better than it was. Glassware was sparse. Coffee pods were sparse. Towels were minimal. The deck furniture had no back cushions and the seat cushions were dirty. The lack of things made it feel a bit unwelcoming. The owner restricted the air conditioning below 23 degrees which made sleeping a bit hot. The apartment is 3 floors up and no elevator so be prepared for the stairs.

Perfect apartment for exploring the old town

Pros: Perfect location and so easy to explore Valencia from here. Beautiful apartment. Exceptionally well presented and clean. Parking available which was really useful for us.

Cons: Parking for the apartment was a very small space, worked for us but would not work for larger vehicles. Unpleasant smell (drains/sewer) in the apartment at times in the day. Nursery or school underneath the apartment gets noisy during the day but again, not a problem for us as we spent most of the day outside

Would definitely book this apartment again, had a very nice loft apartment feel about it

Pros: Superb location, beautifully decorated with lovely terrace

Cons: Only small complaint was floor not too clean and Eames chair very dusty underneath

Very stylish and well equipped apartment

Pros: Perfect locality with good access to public transport, shops and city centre, room equipment is perfect, everything you usually use is there. The look of the apartment (style, lights) is amazing!!! 🤩

Cons: Everything is perfect, only 2 small things could be improved - the shower is open without a curtain or door and towel hangers are missing

Quiet apartment close to the city centre

Pros: The location was fantastic as you are so close to the centre of the city but in a very quiet street. Easy walk to all of the landmarks in the city. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Florit flats center. It is located in a beautiful area, the cathedral and the restaurants are within walking distance. The check-in and checkout process are easy. The apartment Is clean and beautifully furnished and has everything you may need. Although the vista is not amazing we liked the terrace a lot. We recommend the apartment but as there is no elevator, not to people unfit to climb three ramps of stairs.

New York Style Apartment in Old Valencia

Pros: Excellent location within a few minutes walk of the basilica and cathedral. The bedroom was separate from the main living area and the bed comfortable. There was a terrace.

Cons: Three flights of stairs. No lift.
