Really lovely modern apartment in a quiet location in the best part of Valencia
Pros: Perfect location on a quiet street in our favourite part of Valencia. Close to Torres dels Serrans, the park and cathedral square, galleries and much more. First floor apartment so not too many stairs. Big flat perfect for two for a longer stay or four for a shorter stay (using the sofa bed). Very comfortable bed, loads of storage, two bathrooms, really everything you need. Quiet location for great sleep. Good kitchen facilities. Little patio with table and washing facilities. They provide everything you need. Very helpful hosts.
Cons: Very, very little not to like. Few little niggles: there is no under cabinet lights in the kitchen, so can be hard to see what you are doing in the sink etc. Only one set of keys; so you have to make sure you keep them safe and juggle who gets them, and will be back first… That’s it.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja, ładne wygodne mieszkanie, bardzo przestronne. Super wyposażona kuchnia i dużo miejsca na przechowywanie. Był też dostępny wózek na zakupy. Dwie duże łazienki, idealne na wyjazd większą grupą. Mieszkanie miało swoje minusy, ale ogólnie nie popsuło nam to wrażenia z pobytu.
Cons: Ekspres był niewygodny w użyciu. Najbliższy większy market jest oddalony o jakieś 15minut spaceru, więc warto to mieć z tyłu głowy, jeśli chce się gotować samemu. Brakowało nam miejsca w przedpokoju, żeby odwiesić kurtki i w łazienkach było mało miejsca, żeby odłożyć i odwiesić rzeczy, zwłaszcza, że same łazienki był przestronne. Nie były to natomiast wady, które uprzykrzyły nam pobyt.

Bel appartement avec quelques bémols
Pros: Un très bel appartement, confortable, bien équipé et meublé avec goût. Son emplacement dans le centre historique est parfait. On peut visiter à pied la vieille ville et ses différents monuments.
Cons: L’immeuble est encore en chantier. Les ouvriers travaillent dans les parties communes et les autres étages dès 7h30 le matin, donc beaucoup de bruit et de poussière. Pas conseillé pour les lève-tard. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas les deux premiers jours et il a fallu insister auprès de l’agence pour qu’ils résolvent le problème.

Pros: Wyśmienita lokalizacja, komfortowy apartament, czysty i odpowiednio wyposażony. Wejście po schodach na pierwsze piętro. Taras otoczony wysokimi ścianami, ale sama możliwość zjedzenia posiłku na świeżym powietrzu, jak najbardziej na plus. Fasada budynku była remontowana podczas naszego pobytu (VIII'25) - małe niedogodności, ale pewnie po remoncie będzie jeszcze milej w bezpośredniej okolicy.

Great apartment in El Carme with a few minor but annoying drawbacks
Pros: Excellent, well-furnished and tastefully decorated apartment in the vibrant neighborhood of El Carme, albeit on a quiet side street. Bedroom is just the right size with a comfy mattress. The living room becomes a second bedroom thanks to the large sliding doors. Piping hot water and good heating system (winter). Enough cookware and crockery for 2-4 people. Washing machine a great extra.
Cons: Couple of things that they really need to take care of: 1. The second bathroom stinks. Literally. I saw comments from people who stayed here months ago and thought they had solved the problem but not so - it still stinks like a sewer. 2. The strange key system: they give you one set of keys, no matter how many you are, so that's not great. However, you soon find out why, because you need one of the keys to keep the electricity running. And they put all keys on a single keychain that is welded shut, so you cannot take off any one key. Strange system - I understand you might wish to save energy but, really? And if that is the case, why is the shortest cycle on your washing machine 1:40? 3. The internet router is placed at the entrance, the walls are thick, so the signal does not reach the dining room area... which is where the only table is located, so if you need to work on your computer you are out of luck. 4. It's a walk-up (one flight), which is fine, but when you step into the building you have this 'gulp' feeling because it looks absolutely 100% as if it's about to collapse - a lick of paint and fixing the steps going up would make a big difference. I found the price a bit steep for January but acceptable given the quality of the furnishings.

Хорошая квартира, но лучше взять с собой тапочки
Pros: Квартира соответствует фотографиям. Все есть: от капсул для посудомойки до порошка стирального. Интересный дизайн, просторные комнаты и кухня
Cons: 1. ОЧЕНЬ грязный пол. Его не мыли НИКОГДА. 2. Дом находится недалеко от детского сада/школы. Каждое утро (спальня находится со стороны входа в школу) ощущение, что кровать находится посреди рынка. Безумно шумно в ~8 утра, окна пропускают шум. 3. В квартире очень сильная слышимость. Если ты в спальне, а кто-то на кухне делает кофе - ощущение, что это происходит в 1 метре от твоего лица.
