FLORIT FLATS - Serranos Apartment

Perfect location

Pros: Fantastic location. Apartment has character and was well taken care of. We felt immediately at home and had a wonderful stay. Our two young children loved it too.

Cons: There is a(n extra) shower in the bedroom that - logically but unfortunately - also exhumes smells. Host is remote and we had to inquire after obvious practical information (e.g. where to leave the keys when you check out).

Pros: The location was perfect. Super central in the old town, yet quiet too.

Pros: Location is excellent, apartment has everything you need for a few days

Cons: The building directly opposite was undergoing construction work so wasn't able to sit on balcony due to noise. Only one key provided, not ideal when 2 couples, cannot understand why 2 keys are not provided.

Great apartment, great location, poor host, unacceptable to be accused of something we didn’t do

Pros: It was very easy to collect the keys from the key box but the check-in communication arrived very late - we were already travelling to the apartment when it arrived. I had requested and chased the host for the information five days before we arrived, as two couples were coming from two different locations. I accept that there was a problem with paying the damage deposit late but I assumed this could be paid at check-in as I read that someone would be there to greet us.

Cons: After we had checked-out of the apartment, I received a message to say we had broken a lamp and we would be charged for this. The host sent me a photo and the lamp had been broken in half. We categorically did not break this lamp but of course could not prove that. The host was adamant we had broken it and deducted a sum from our damage deposit. It left a very sour taste. Being accused of something we didn’t do and then having to pay for someone else’s carelessness was unacceptable.

Great apartment in a great location, pity about the management.

Pros: A very comfortable, modern apartment in a great location. It was clean and well equipped.

Cons: It was described as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It wasn’t really clear that one of the showers was in the bedroom. The door to that bedroom didn’t close and the staff at Florit seem to suggest this was somehow our fault as this hadn’t been reported before. A promise to have someone come and look at it didn’t happen. There was no hand soap ‘as supplies hadn’t arrived’. Power for the apartment had to be turned off on exit by a key and then turned on when you got back. A good idea except that it was difficult to do this in the dark when there was no lighting! One set of keys for 3 people was also difficult.

Luxury gem 💎

Pros: The team was on hand throughout our stay to help with anything we needed. The apartment was stunning with all the amenities we could have needed. We opted for parking, which was a stones throw away, very handy. The location was fantastic. We were really very impressed and would absolutely stay here again without a second thought.

Cons: Nothing, absolutely fantastic apartment!

What a beautiful apartment! It’s big, with high ceilings, well appointed open kitchen and some great artwork on the wall

Cons: The air conditioning did little to cool the apartment overnight, whilst it was actually quite mild outside
