Pros: Fab location, lovely aoartment. Arrived in Valencia mid morning, let Koen know & he arranged to have apartment readt to check in sooner. Woukd defiitely stay again.

Pros: It was in the heart of Old Town. Very easy to access. Koen was great easy to understand and really helpful. I cannot fault it in anyway.

Pros: The location was fantastic . It was clean and bright and had virtually everything we needed - very thoughtful host

Cons: Very minor - no bowls for soup or cereal ! One extra comfortable chair in the lounge area would have been nice as settee only took 3 people

Cons: Not a problem but apartment does not have external views, but compensated with plants in window boxes.

That is my new favourite place and already planning the next stay.

Pros: Perfect location in the old town. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable for two people for a week stay. Also very clean and provides all the necessary equipment needed. The host is amazing, very friendly, helpful and easy to reach out. Provides very detailed information always on time.

Pleasant stay, location excellent

Pros: Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town Plenty of restaurants near by easy walking around Host provided a nice bottle of Wine, had coffee pods and jam in fridge, close little mini market to buy extras

Cons: Host could invest in some new bath towels, they were like sandpaper when you used them We did go to the laundry mat and re washed them and tumbled dry them were better

Pros: Excellent location, all the sites in walking distance, plus the tram to the brach and the bus stop for the Arts and Science complex are a 4 minute walk away. Super clean apartment, with aiir con in main living room and afantastic shower. Temperature was fine even in August as the apartment was without direct sunlight, and at the back courtyard of the building. Lovely tropical plants at the window made it feel natural, even without much natural light.

Cons: Bed was a little hard for me, but I'm a side sleeper...but I still had lots of great sleep! Waking up gently to the count of the cathedral bells was lovely.

Pros: Lovely smart clean apt in central Valencia. Really convenient for city sights/beach, Túria park and connections.

Cons: A little bit noisy from surrounding guests (noise carries). A bit light on kitchen equipment.

A cozy apartment in a perfect location with thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable.

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant, also thanks to the cozy apartment and excellent location. I was able to check in early, which was very convenient. The location is perfect — right in the city center, close to the historic area, with a Carrefour Express next door. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby. A pleasant surprise was the warm welcome: a bottle of white wine accompanied by a can of anchovy olives. For breakfast or a snack, there were toast, jams, butter, coffee, and tea available. In the bathroom, I appreciated the extra hangers for all four towels, something rarely found in other accommodations.

Cons: There was only one roll of toilet paper provided for our two-day stay, which was a bit inconvenient. The building entrance is a little old-fashioned, but they tried to brighten it up with vases hanging on the walls. Good idea!!! The apartments face each other, so we had to lower the blinds to have some privacy since you can see everything and the distance between windows is quite short. However, this didn’t bother us much, especially since lowering the blinds at night helped. This is just a feature of the building’s architecture and design.
