Lovely flat to city adventures

Pros: Location is excellent, but the flat is on the 3rd floor. Comfy beds, good equiped kitchen.

Cons: The staircase is still undergoing renovation, which means a lot of dust and dirt, which also gets into the apartment.

Pros: The building is in a great location, inside it is very well furnished with all the necessary appliances. Everything is as in the picture and as presented

Cons: We were unlucky, there was construction work going on in the apartment next to and above. From 8 am to 4 pm people were working and making deafening noise, and because of the construction there was a lot of dust that got into the apartment and it was not possible to use the terrace or open the windows.

The property is beautiful inside, decoration is tasteful and the facilities excellent.

Ideal location and high standard accommodation at a reasonable price

Pros: High standard and spacious apartment with everything you need. Very convenient to the old city. Competitive price.

Cons: Collecting a key from a lock box on a metal railing around the corner from the premises and trying to read the code was not ideal and would have proved very difficult at night and disastrous had the battery run out on my smartphone. There should have been the name of the renting company Florit Apartment displayed on the main entrance door next to the door number. The communal hallway is very unattractive and anyone booking should be told the apartment is up a flight of stairs on the third floor because it would be difficult for anyone who was disabled for elderly.

A must stay!

Pros: Fantastic location and close to a good choice of restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed. We would recommend booking this to anyone we know going to stay in the city.

Cons: Very hard to say we didn't like anything, if there was one negative it would be the stairs up to the apartment. Having said that, it's an old building so you can't expect a lift to take you up.

Pros: Excellent location in the Old Town, walking distance to everywhere. Top end apartment (with prices to match), very well equipped and decorated to high standard throughout. Excellent communication from the host.

Modern comfort in a great location

Pros: Apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. Two bathrooms made sharing with another couple very easy.

Cons: No lift, but the stairs kept us fit!!
