Pros: La proximité de la ville et la qualité de la literie et le calme Manque de vaisselle Je pense qu’il est difficile de vivre à 5 dans cet appartement .

Cons: Internet ne fonctionnait pas malgré un appel téléphonique au proprietaire Attention , n’oubliez pas d’entretenir votre bien si vous voulez qu’il perdure dans le temps .

Un appartement bien situé dans le centre historique de Valencia

Pros: L'appartement est dans le centre historique de Valencia, ce qui est pratique pour les visites ainsi que pour les restaurants. Le métro n'est pas loin, à dix minutes à pieds.

Cons: Problème d'insonorisation. Les voisins devaient se croire seuls dans l'immeuble, ils écoutaient la télévision à fond le soir, pas très agréable quand on veut dormir.
