Great location, easy check in, great value for money

Pros: Very well located and easy to reach all the sights on foot. The apartment is exactly like shown in the pictures so there were no surprises. We really found it to be great value for money so I'd surely recommend booking. There's no need to look for something more expensive closer to the old town as you get there literally within 5 minutes of walking, or less.

Pros: Location, host flexibility, apartment size and comfort. Ideal also for families with small kids.

Cons: Parking is really really difficult nearby. Parking house is the only option. Google maps navigated us 100m away from the apartment. We could communicate only in Spanish, but google helps to understand each other. Noise isolation from the street should be better. Above that it was fine.

Pros: The owner is super friendly, very easy to communicate with, helped us with luggages too after check out, so we were still able to go on a walk around the town before our departure for the airport. The apartment was clean and was spacious. Also, the location is very convenient, very close to main attractions and public transport and nice and quiet area, so you can get your sleep 😊

Pros: Two aspects were absolutely fantastic: the superb location of the house, conveniently close to the historical heart of beautiful Valencia, and the friendly, helpful, and exceedingly polite gentleman who owns the apartment.

Cons: It is not a very well-isolated place.

Excellent location to explore Valencia.

Pros: Location was excellent to explore Valencia's old town. Sofa was comfortable to sit on and the whole apartment felt spacious.

Cons: The shower cubicle was very cramped and there was no space to put any soap. The living room lacked natural light.

Pros: Die Lage war gut, das Bett bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir sind früh gelandet und konnten schon vor 10 Uhr in die Wohnung. Das war sehr freundlich.

Cons: Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, da der Vermieter kein Englisch sprach. Die Wohnung, vor allem das Bad ist doch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und die Dusche extrem klein.
