Ok place

Pros: Size was good and location as well. Has option of garage resnt in building and can sleep 3 easy, but recommended for 2. If you use sofa bed as we did ask host to make it as we were unable to open it. Good communication with host.

Cons: Upstairs baghroom and room have no rubbish bin and bed is too soft and uncomfortable as result. Garage rent 15eur \

Great location, pleasant place to stay - more suitable for a couple than a group of 4 probably!

Pros: Good location by the Turia Gardens, 5 mins from the Palau de la Música and walkable to Central Valencia city and the Arts & Science park too. Worked well for family of 4 as long as 2 are ok on the sofabed. Pleasant space to stay.

Cons: Boiler wasn't on when we arrived - worked out how to reset it but it's capacity is too small for 4 people if everyone wants a hot shower! We didn't try the jacuzzi as didn't want to risk using up all the hot water.

Amazing location

Pros: Great location, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Gulliver park is less than 5 mins away! The host is nice and willing to help (although communication is is Spanish mostly)

Cons: The parking spot is difficult to find (the apartment is not so easy to find either) and without speaking Spanish it is even harder 😅 the water pressure in the shower was not high, so we didn't even think about using the hot tub.

Pros: Nice and positive owners. Location is very good, quite closely to the park - only 3 mins to Gulliver! Apartment is ok for 4 people, and there are 2 bathroom, what is a great plus.

Cons: The cleanliness could have been better

Pros: Beautiful design, comfortable and great location! (Specially if you’re going to the marathon :))

I would like to stat here again! Great Location and wonderful Loft.

Pros: Loft is amazing, with good furniture and nice decoration. Location is wonderful. Two toilets one ground floor another one at the mezzanine level. Air-conditioning working really good and in both levels. Spacious bathrooms and Oil, salt, coffee and water for the first day provided by the hostes.

Cons: Just small things that were no totally esencial for us at that moment but could have make it 100 percent perfect, like: There were some winter covers in the closet a bit smelly, fortunately temperature in Valencia was hot and we didn't need to use them. As well it was missing some cuvettes for making ice in the freezer. Floor had a bit of dust. The Jacuzzi was not sealed at the bottom and some water was going outside.

Pros: 2bathrooms, airconditioning,parking place, enough space and nice decoration of the flat even 2 bikes at our disposition. All was nice and good, thank you!

Good value, would stay again.

Bastante bien.

Pros: Muy nuevo en general. Es un bajo pero la calle es tranquila. Tenía lo suficiente para cocinar y descansar.

Cons: El sofá-cama a mí juicio hay que cambiarlo porque como sofá se notaba la estructura metálica de la cama al estar sentado y como cama el colchón se notaba muy fino, deformado e incluso algo roto por los lados. Mis hijas son pequeñas y no se han quejado pero no lo veo para adultos. Detalles para mejorar que no son un problema, es que no había percheros en los baños para colgar ropa o toallas ni gel de baño.
