Overall v good

Pros: The location is excellent , easy walk around city, or bus to beach about 25 minutes

Cons: The water from the above apartment could be heard running through the pipes which the vent is above the bed, so woke a number of times.

Amazing

Pros: Great location, next to the gulliver park. Close to a lot of bus stations so we could reach the city center very easily. The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. The check in was easy, we received the instructions at the schedule hour.

Cons: The kitchen isn't very big and doesn't have a great amount of pots and pans to cook with.

Pros: Nice apartament with almost everyting you need for one week stay! Good location, aprox. 20-25 min walk to the city centar and 10min form City of Science. If you travel with kids, Guliver park is right in front of the building. The owners were there for everything we needed and responded quickly by email.

Cons: The pillows were not so good. The apartment could be a little cleaner. Also we had a small problem with check in, but they solved it immediately.

Pros: Appartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 (would be suitable also for 5 because they have 1 extra bed), couch was easy to convert in bed and back in couch during the day, 2 bathrooms (2 showers!), perfect location (great access to Gulliver park, buses, walking distance to hemisferic, science museum etc, Market 5 minutes walking away), we didn't hear any sounds from neighbours or street ... and my partner loved the knives very much - they were much sharper than usually in rented appartments 😄

Amazing apartment!

Pros: wonderful apartment. everything you need was there: dryer, washing machine. beautiful apartment with a mezzanine with two bathrooms. close to the most important attractions of the city. if we come back to valencia we will definitely come back!

Pros: Great location if you’re traveling with a child—right next to Gulliver Park. The apartments is clean and modern. The managers respond quickly, which made communication very easy.

Cons: We stayed in February. When we turned on the air conditioning, it was very hot on the second floor, but the first floor remained cold. The shower cabins were very small, and it was quite cold inside, which was especially uncomfortable for my 4 years daughter.
