Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay in a well-located and well-equipped property.

Pros: The property is new, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of useful amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, etc, which makes it easy to prepare meals during the stay. The location is also very convenient, there are shops nearby, as well as a bus stop, and the city center is within a pleasant walking distance. It’s a great choice if you want both comfort and easy access to everything in the area.

Cons: The only downside is that the windows are not very soundproof, so even small noises from outside can be heard inside.

Cons: Please fix minor inconveniences, namely: the TV remote control on the first floor turns on the TV on the second floor, the electric stove sometimes does not turn on, the doors in the shower cabin do not close tightly.

Great stay!

Pros: We gave some feedback to the owners about check out -which was a blurry step for us. Just in case we include it here as well: the apartment is deemed to be returned in (reasonably) clean condition, with trash cans vacated. The trash is expected to be disposed for in the public trash containers (which you can use even if you're not fixed resident in the area); and the keys can be left inside the apartment. Other than that, the apartment is well located, in a good area so you don't have to worry about safety! We found it spotless clean and easy to use.

Pros: Posizione, arredamento, cucina compresa di lavastoviglie, doppio bagno.

Cons: Cuscini e piumino ingialliti e macchiati, mancanza di un armadio/ripostiglio al piano inferiore, riscaldamento un po' sbilanciato tra il piano inferiore che rimane piuttosto freddo e il soppalco che diventa eccessivamente caldo.

Pros: Heel ruime en degelijke plek. 2 douches en wc’s. Mooi en volledig uitgerust. Het was allemaal erg proper. Dik in orde.

Cons: Het keukenmateriaal mocht nog iets beter. Een echte keukenhanddoek bvb en een grotere pot voor pasta. Een blikopener. Goede kookplaat, maar tools waren basics. De eerste 2 dagen hing er ook een putjesgeur in badkamers en vanuit vuilbakjes. Is weggegaan. Dit zijn details, maar kleine ergernisjes.
