Pros: Apartment is in a very good location, surrounded by bars and restaurants. It is a 5-minute walk from the Central Market and about 10 minutes from the main sights. There is also a nearby bus stop and a metro station, from where you can easily get to the Science Museum, the Oceanogràfic, the sea, and the beach. The Botanical Garden and Turia Garden are also just a short walk away. The apartment is well equipped. Advantages include two bathrooms, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The owner is helpful and accommodating. We had no problems.

Apartment was as described and was a great place to stay for our week in Valencia
Pros: The apartment was lovely, very central, near to shops and restaurants. A little noise from folks upstairs later at night but no problems sleeping - ear plugs would be handy for very light sleepers! It was cold outside but there was a heater provided to keep the apartment warm.

Very nice!
Pros: It is a big, nice apartment close to the center. It had everything we needed and more.
Cons: Not a lot of light in the rooms and bathroom.

Lovely apartment with great (and quiet) location
Pros: The apartment has a great location and is very quiet during night. It's close to the old town, bus stops and supermarket. Lovely combined kitchen and living room, nice with two bathrooms. Air condition in kitchen/living room and master bedroom, well needed during summer. Well equipped kitchen with more or less all you need, including oven and washing machine.
Cons: The apartment could have been a bit better cleaned on arrival, there was a lot of dust and crumbles we took care of ourselves. Some smaller improvements can be done, like continously changing the vaccum cleaner dust bag so it can be used and repairing the iron board, but if you have no plans to use that you'll be all good. If you're in need of elevator this might not be for you, though the apartment is on first floor so it worked for us using the stairs.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and looked just like the pictures
Cons: There was a smell problem when you turned on the AC units, i'm guessing a temporary sewage issue in the inner courtyard where the external units were placed

Apartamento normal, tiene lo básico.
Pros: Apartamento reformado, aunque le falta un repaso de pintura y algunos muebles están ya desgastados.
Cons: No tiene persianas, entra mucha luz desde primera hora y falta privacidad. No hay ascensor. Las toallas olían a humedad.

Beste Lage
Pros: Die Lage konnte nicht günstiger sein. In wenigen Minuten in der historischen Altstadt. Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Die Verstopfung eines Waschbeckens wurde umgehend zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt (nach dem Wochenende) sofort repariert und auch eine fehlende Lampe sofort bereit gestellt.
Cons: Es gab große Kommunikationsprobleme hinsichtlich der Anmeldung (Ausfüllen eines Online-Formulares) für die Stadt. Das Formblatt hatte ich nie bekommen. Dennoch hat man uns in die Wohnung gelassen und dort wurde dann über eine andere E-Mailadresse die Anmeldung ausgefüllt. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, aber sehr freundlicher Kontakt über WhatsApp.

Super lokalizacja
Pros: Największym atutem apartamentu jest jego lokalizacja. Niemalże w historycznym centrum, ale cicho i spokojnie. Blisko metro i inne środki komunikacji. Apartament przygotowany dobrze na przyjazd. Procedura przekazania/zdania prosta i jasna. Wszystkie sprzęty działają. Stabilny i szybki internet WiFi w całym apartamencie.
Cons: Apartament nie jest dla osób z problemami ruchowymi, ale to było oznaczone w ogłoszeniu. Przydałoby się odświeżyć apartament, bo już wygląda na zmęczony. Nie jest to dyskwalifikujące, jednak zauważalne.

Pros: Abbiamo visto che l’appartamento era ben curato, aveva una buona fornitura di stoviglie. Noi non abbiamo mai cucinato. Abbiamo vissuto la città dalla mattina alla sera camminando e talvolta in taxi facilmente accessibili tramite app. La posizione è davvero interessante.
Cons: - L’acqua della doccia alla sera era fredda - mancavano tapparelle alle finestre e al mattino entrava luce - non era segnalato il fatto che la scala d’accesso all’appartamento fosse stretta e piuttosto ripida
