Cons: There was a strange smell in the apartment which was mentioned to the owner. Can be noisy at night especially the weekend.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It’s a very nice and cosy place in the heart of the old city.

Pros: Great location just in the city centre. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, like kitchen utensils, extra pillows. All the main touristic attractions are very close.

Cons: It can be rather loud at night so don’t forget earplugs

Pros: Convenient surroundings, restaurants of all tastes, especially supermarkets open late. Owner is a very beautiful woman, she and her colleagues are very friendly, considerate, and provide us with all kinds of conveniences.

Excellent room and location. A little noisy during dark hours.

Pros: The accommodation is excellent along with the location. Unfortunately there is an issue with noise from outside until the early hours. I would advise the hosts to leave some disposable ear plugs for guests. Without the noise I would have rated this room as exceptional.

Spacious studio in a perfect location with a nice view

Pros: The location was perfect, right on the corner of the building overlooking a cute town square with a lot of people watching. We were there during the Fallas festival and so there was a lot of activity to observe from our balcony. Open all the windows for a nice view :) Downstairs there are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The studio and bathroom is spacious, clean and comfortable. They had a well-equipped kitchen.

Cons: They don't have a code for you to enter the building. So we had to wait for someone to deliver the keys. I suggest they install a code for easy access/ exit. The TV didn't seem to have the modern apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc.)

Great spot with expected noise

Pros: The host, Julia, was very responsive and helped us when we left an item there. The apartment is in a great location and there are lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby. It's also a great size.

Cons: On the first day, there was a very bad smell coming from the pipes, but it dissipated by the 2nd day. We suspect it's just old pipe smells, as we occasionally got a similar smell when walking through Valencia. FYI - The bathroom is a little small but manageable, and if you are highly sensitive to noise, be aware that you may struggle to sleep as a trade-off to being centrally located. (We had no issues.)

Great staff & great location

Pros: Great apartment! Great service ! Arrived early and let me in 2 hours earlier! Great location literally in the middle of the city! I would definitely return again, as the apartment was very clean and great service.

Cons: Could had done with an iron in the apartment, but apart from that I would 100 per cent return. I visit Valencia 3 times a year this will now be my place to book

A perfect stay for visiting the city

Pros: The location is perfect: in the center of the old city, few meters from the Mercado Central. In the surroundings there's a plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment is clean and bright. A perfect base for a city tour.

Cons: Being the apartment in the most touristic part of the city, it can be a bit noisy, expecially in the evening.
