Great apartment, great location, great host.

Pros: Location, location, location! The apartment is situated in the heart of the old city. We haven`t had any noise from the streets coming into the apartment. Felix the host was very accommodating. We arrived very early and it was no problem to check in early. Felix was there to show the apartment and to hand over the key. Also a late checking out was possible. Felix was very responsive to questions on whatsapp. The apartment is clean and had everything you need for a short stay in Valencia. We would recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Best place to stay!!

Pros: It was exactly what i was looking for as an apartment. Most of the attractions were in walking distance from the apartment. I couldnt have asked for a better property in terms of location for sure!!

Great and clean apartment

Pros: The apartment was newly renovated, in the central of Valencia. Very easy to reach from the airport. Bars, restaurants, the Market a few min walking distance. Welcoming host! Highly recommended to stay here

Cons: A few items were missing etc. hangers for the clothes and jackets.

Great location, nice facility

Pros: Location was fantastic, right in the center near the Grand Mercat

Cons: It appeared it may not have been thoroughly cleaned between clients - there were used bottles in the cabinet and small hair on the bathroom soap container on the sink. There was a washing machine but no where to dry anything if you used it. But otherwise the place seemed cleanly. Host was extremely responsive!

Tolle Lage zum Kennenlernen einer wunderschönen Stadt

Pros: Super Lage in der Altstadt, daher haben wir den frühen Lärm der Müllabfuhr akzeptiert. Schöne neue Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Cons: Wasserkocher wäre schön. Handtuchhalter und Abfalleimer im ansonsten top eingerichteten Badezimmer wünschenswert.

Pros: Perfect location. Apartment was nice, good size, nice shower.

Cons: The AC in the bedroom made a clicking noise. We had to turn it off. Would have liked more pillows.
