Great location for the city tour

Pros: Absolutely fantastic location and very nice host who is always available for its guests.

Cons: Shower could benefit from a more thorough cleaning or refreshing.

Perfect little apartment in n the heart of Valencia

Pros: Good space between the room, well appointed and with good facilities

Cons: The stairs would be a bit tricky with a small child but we’re perfectly fine for us

Pros: Excellent location, so close to everything and a great atmosphere. The owner was super helpful and accommodating and responded immediately when I had questions.

Cons: Unfortunately it had two sets of stairs, but it didn't detract from the charm and comfortability. We have a special needs son who sleep walks

Pros: Excellent location in the center, all the facilities that we needed as a couple with a baby (incl washing machine with washing tablets and drying rack) and a friendly and helpful host. Also great that the bedroom is actually dark at night.

Cons: We both experienced some back and neck pain due to the uncomfortable bed. The appartement seems a bit bare; some art or design pieces would be nice.

Amazing location

Pros: Our family of 4 had a wonderful 3 days staying at this apartment. The maisonette was brand new and very clean. All of the utilities were brand new with comfortable beds and walk in shower. The location was absolutely amazing. Everything was within a very small walking distance. Carmen was very helpful. She met us on arrival and explained all the facilities on offer. Plus a nice bottle of water and wine was waiting for us at no extra cost. We had one small issue with the door, and this was fixed within 30 minutes. The balcony and third bedroom was a bonus, as this is something we were not expecting. If we were to visit Valencia again, this would be the place to stay. Amazing and thank you again to our host Carmen.

Eine super Unterkunft direkt im Zentrum

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen. Sie können alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. 2 quer Straßen weiter sind 2 kleine Einkaufsladen die alles haben und Preislich sehr gut sind. Sie können an 2 Stellen mit dem Bus fahren einmal zum Zoo und die andere ist am Turm 5 min zu Fuß da fahren sie an alles vorbei bis zum Meer. Ein Tipp kaufen Sie sich eine Suma 10 Karte im Tabak Laden max 30 Fahrten passend darauf. Es reicht eine Karte wenn sie zu dritt sind 3 mal am Gerät im Bus halten. Der zeigt alles an. Die Stadt ist super und sauber, die Leute sind sehr freundlich und auch die Vermieterin. Hier brauchen Sie keine Angst haben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hätte auch meine Tochter 15 Jahre hier frei laufen lassen können, das hätte ich in Stuttgart nicht gemacht. Wir kommen wieder.
