Great studio in the center of Valencia

Pros: Perfect studio in the middle of Valencia, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I had everything I needed when it comes to kitchen and cleaning equipment. A plus for the apartment having a big fridge, an oven and washing machine. Helpful staff when I asked for new bed linen. Great place for both short and long stay.

Cons: If you’re sensitive to noice this might not be the place for you. After all it’s in the middle of the city and with that you get city sounds more or less 24/7. Nothing that bothered me after a while.

Fantastic location and terrace

Pros: The location is just fantastic. Right in the historical centre with the Central Market around the corner (we went shopping every day). 10 mins walk to metro station and bus to the beach. Many nice restaurants and bars can be reached around. The location is quite quiet in low season. The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing for breakfast or sunbathing. Beautiful views on the old town. The apartment is simple but comfy with one bedroom and one extra bed in living room. There is small balcony at each window door.

Cons: We traveled in October so we didn´t need air-conditioning. But the apartment can be very hot in the summer time as there is no air-conditioning. Impossible to open the windows during the night due to night rush around (it is pedestrian area around but night life can be loud around). The check-in could be easier - you have to pick up keys in an office which is not far away (10 mins walk) but a safety kit at the entrance would be smoother. You have to allow 200 Eur deposit on your account in case of demage. I do understand but this is what property insurance is for. I didn´t like the mokka kettle didn´t work on the induction cooker:)

Apartment in Valencia old town.

Pros: The location was excellent. And we were in a central location. Lovely, tall, shuttered windows in the apartment. Very close to the Old Market.

Cons: The shower tended to leak onto the floor. No long mirror.!

Bon compromis

Pros: Appartement propre et bien équipé. Localisé idéalement proche de toutes commodités.

Cons: La rue était néanmoins très bruyante la nuit et logement mal insonorisé. Avec des travaux de marteau piqueur le matin, difficile de récupérer, il faut penser à prendre des bouchons!

Pros: Posizione centrale ottima , in centro storico , a due passi dalla loggia della seta e dal mercato

Cons: L’unica pecca è la pessima insonorizzazione degli infissi che ti fa udire tutto il fracasso della rumba della movida

Appartamento nel centro della festa di Valencia.. super luminoso

Pros: La struttura era in una posizione super centrale, era dotata di tutto, il recupero chiavi non comodissimo considerando l’evento che c’era che ci ha impedito di raggiungere agevolmente il luogo di ritiro chiavi, sicuramente in una situazione non di festa sarebbe stato più comodo. Ho amato le finestre, seppur datate e quindi rumorose sono molto affascinanti e super luminose. Sotto l’appartamento c’è tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno ed è ad un passo dal mercato centrale , In ogni caso mi è piaciuto soggiornare qui e ci ritornerei!!!

Cons: considerando l’evento potevano essere più disponibili nel farsi trovare sotto l’appartamento o organizzare un self check-in invece abbiamo dovuto impiegare un po’ di tempo con i bagagli pesanti per poter raggiungere il luogo di ritiro. L’appartamento era pulito ma non pulitissimo. Ovviamente super rumoroso ma perché si trova in una zona super centrale della movida quindi va bene per chi vuole stare nel centro come noi.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja, samo centrum. Taras na dachu

Pros: La posizione nel centro di Valencia mi ha permesso di spostarmi facilmente ovunque volessi andare, sia a piedi che prendendo un autobus o un treno. L'alloggio era davvero confortevole, ben arredato e luminosissimo!

Cons: L'alloggio non era particolarmente silenzioso, ma solamente perché mi sono trovata a Valencia nel periodo della festa locale più importante dell'anno, le Fallas, per cui fuochi artificiali e petardi sono all'ordine del giorno... (ovviamente, non è colpa dei proprietari!) Per prendere accordi per la consegna della chiave mi è stato chiesto di chiamare un numero tramite telefonata normale e non via WhatsApp, il che non è comodo per chi non ha una SIM locale. Inoltre, prima che arrivassero a portarmi la chiave ho dovuto aspettare più di mezz'ora in mezzo alla strada

Pros: Appartamentino pulito e fornito di tutto, posizione centralissima! Ascensore per raggiungere i piani alti. Piacevolissimo!

Pros: Ubicación fantástica en pleno casco histórico de Valencia, personal atento y muy simpático. Apartamento impecable. Repetiré seguro!
