Valencia Centro. Wifi/AACC Jacuzzi

Pros: Everything was fantastic, super clean, great location.

Great location and value for money

Pros: Great location - in the heart of the old town, very close to everything - both sights-wise, as well as restaurants, bars, shops and transport. The apartment is much larger than I expected, so it's very comfortable. It has everything you need for the stay. The digital key lock system is very easy and convenient to use as you can go in and out at all times, whether you have the physical keys with you or not. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine which is super useful.

Cons: The smaller bathroom needs a couple of hooks for the towels, but other than that, all was fine.

Podemos imaginar regresar aquí, fue cómodo. Y el staff ayudaba en todos.

Pros: La ubicación. En el rincón de la Lonja de la Seda. El apartamento es grande, dos dormitorios, un habitación de estar, dos baños. En la cocina hay todos que necesitas.

Cons: La lavadora no fue limpia. En eso de los baños y uno dormitorio no se puede abrir la ventana: hay sabor de la comida (está un bar). Por supuesto el precio es alto.

Prima verblijf

Pros: De ligging is goed, dichtbij veel restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Goed bereikbaar en goede instructies/communicatie.

Cons: Het was erg gehorig in het appartement en de bedden zijn voor 1/2 nachten prima maar voor een langere periode toch wat last van de rug.

Pros: Мястото беше чисто и уютно. Имаше всичко необходимо за престоя.

Cons: Всичко се чуваше от улицата , прозорците не изолират шума. Постоянно се събуждахме от викове и крясъци от улицата.

Pros: Posizione eccellente, vicinissimo alle principali attrazioni della Città Vecchia che si raggiungono tranquillamente a piedi in pochi minuti.

Cons: La biancheria non era particolarmente pulita, asciugamani macchiati e ingialliti, due cuscini aggiuntivi tutti macchiati...inutilizzabili. Per quanto riguarda i bagni: uno con due lavandini dei quali uno era otturato, nell'altro non funzionava lo scarico dell'acqua del wc. Abbiamo comunicato subito il problema ma senza ricevere risposta. E quindi senza avere la risoluzione del problema.

Recomendable

Pros: La ubicación es estupenda, al lado del mercado central. Tiene ascensor. Cocina completa, con micro, placa, vajilla, nevera… y baño también, con toallas y muestras de champú y gel. Estaba muy limpio. Comunicación buena. Instrucciones para acceder sin problemas, bien indicado.

Cons: En la habitación que da a la calle, se escucha ruido del bar de abajo.

Goed en schoon verblijf op een super locatie

Pros: Locatie is super. Je zit midden in de stad. Groot appartement en netjes. Bedden goed. Wij hadden weinig tot geen last van de geluiden van buiten.

Cons: Er was iets met één van de douchen. Er hing een briefje op de douche bij aankomst. Er kwam een monteur. De eigenaar vroeg ons of wij er konden zijn dan middels app contact. Daarna wilde hij middels contact met mij weten hoe het verlopen was. Wij zijn op vakantie en het is niet de bedoeling dat wij de problemen dan oplossen voor hem of doorgeven, dit ook aangegeven.

Pros: La posizione e i servizi inclusi nell'appartamento. Molto comoda l'apertura e chiusura elettronica che evita di portarsi dietro le chiavi utilizzando il cellulare. Erano comunque fornite due copie di chiavi.

Cons: La posizione è ottima ma, proprio perché in zona centralissima e piena di gente, a volte la notte e la mattina si percepivano rumori e schiamazzi (Una camera è la più esposta, l'altra non ha di questi problemi). Suggerirei di cambiare le lenzuola dei lettini perché un po' vissuti o forse non troppo ben curati nel lavaggio. I bagni non dispongono di un supporto per la cipolla della doccia adeguato.

Pros: What a perfect place to explore Valencia. If you want a place to socialize, it's right outside your door. If you want peace at night, close the shutters and you got it. Used the Jacuzzi twice and loved the balcony. Besos!
