Superb comfort

Pros: The flat is amazing, the host is really friendly, location is superb walking distance from everything. About the noise for being in street level floor, is not a problem just noises from people passing by but that's not a problem. Interior design of the flat is superb and you have everything you need, next door there's a store/restaurant of a very lovely family where you can buy whatever you need and eat. I would totally recommend this place.

Spacious, comfortable, stylish ground-floor central Valencian apartment very close to central market

Pros: Superb central location in the old city, the flat has been renovated fairly recently and the decor is stylish, large shower room, plenty of space, friendly and professional host who commuicated reliably.

Cons: On the first night there was the noise of a huge bin load of glass bottles being emptied right outside the apartment window.

Pros: Loved the location, the apartment was clean and comfortable, it could maybe do with a little updating but it was a lovely place to stay. highly recommend

Pros: Excellent location. The beds were very comfortable

Cons: Being on the ground floor with the windows on the street at night we were woken by people walking by talking. Maybe new soundproof windows would be a good idea.

A perfect location to explore the beauty of Valencia. Would stay there again.

Pros: The location was magical and the house had character. It was an authentic stay in a very beautiful city. A bonus ground floor apartment was fantastic also.

Cons: There was a plumbing issue with the shower recess and bathroom basin.

Muy buena ubicación

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien situado,a 5 min caminando estás en el Mercado. Los colchones son muy cómodos y la decoración bonita.

Cons: Lo único que indicaría es que es un bajo con la puerta hierro tipo cochera y las ventanas no tienen persianas ni contraventanas para mejorar el silencio. Por la noche escuchábamos el jaleo de los grupos que pasaban por allí.

Alojamiento muy cómodo y con ubicación excelente

Pros: La comodidad de las camas, de la ropa de cama y del alojamiento en si. Los materiales del suelo y paredes. La ducha. Facilidad del anfitrión para hacer el check in

Cons: Que las paredes del aseo sean de cristal (Tragaluz) y que dejen ver el interior ya que al no tener cortina la ducha, falta intimidad. El funcionamiento del microondas, que no entendía y que tampoco se leía bien el visor. Que la luz de la estancia principal, atraviese el dormitorio secundario, con lo cual si estás en el salón, tienes iluminado al que quiera dormir allí.

Cons: Appartement bruyant/ rez de chaussée prévoir des boules quies ;)
