Nice apartment in Valencia

Pros: Location is super, the center of the city, close to all atractions. Aparmtment is clean, nice, cosy, we had everything we needed.

Great location. Lovely apartment. Walked everywhere.

Pros: We were attending Spanish lessons at a school that was located 5 minutes away. The apartment was ideally located for our needs. As the apartment is in the old city, many of the city sites are really accessible. The supermarket was across the road and there were many restaurants in the area.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

Pros: Perfect apartment in the city center, but at the same time very quiet, very clean, spacious and comfortable

Cons: We missed the iron but it was a minor issue

Pros: Comodo appartamento nel caratteristico e vivace Barrio del Carmen, con una piacevole camminata a piedi si è in pieno centro, cattedrale/mercato centrale .Se si ha voglia, dall' appartamento attraverso i giardini del Turia con una splendida camminata dove anche i bambini possono camminare liberamente perché non passa nessun altro mezzo che non siano delle bici, in poco più di un ora si arriva alla città delle scienze/oceanografico. P.s piccola nota negativa dell' appartamento, mancava la macchinetta del caffè.

Great location!

Pros: This apartment was in a great location. The bus stop, grocery store, and a coffee shop or steps away. The water pressure was good, the hot water was plentiful, the beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were very quiet for Spanish standards. The bed linens were average. The hard flooring of the apartment was clean, however, the rugs could have used some vacuuming. The staff was very accommodating with regards to our check-in time.

Cons: Perhaps because we stayed during La Fallas, our room rate seems a little high for the quality of the apartment. While very comfortable, it was very basic. Many apartments that we have stayed in offer both bath and hand towels as well as basic amenities, such as soap. Also, due to the design of the shower, the bathroom floor was always wet, but only one bathmat was provided.

Pros: J’ai aimé l’emplacement il y’a bar en bas et boulangerie et supérette et supermarché et arrêt de bus à 200 mètre seulement l appartement est propre et lumineuse de lit queen confortable et cuisine équipée lave linge lave vaisselle plaque de cuisson grille pain machine à café avec dosette les verres les extensiles tous les vaisselle nécessaire pour cuisiner dans la douche y’avait papier toilette et savon pour les mains et il y’a aussi dans la cuisine produit ménagers et serpillière et aspirateur sans fil ou étiez dans la douche il y’a deux évier et grand miroir avec led il y’a une douche on était au 4 eme étage c’est calme et confortable avec ascenseur il y’a aussi dans chaque chambre une climatiseur, il ya des serviettes de bain et drap pour le lit et cousin etc tv dans salon smart tv grand taille ,,,,et interphone avec caméra le propriétaire est sympathique j’ai passé agréable séjour je retournerai avec plaisir

Cons: L odeur en bas du appartement, les toilettes avec la douche ensemble, manque du balcon mais il y’a un petit grille ou détendre les vêtements, j’ai préféré avoir des volets au salon psq il y’a que le vitre et le matin trop de lumière , manque aération dans la douche mais cv ça passe et le vis à vis il y’a autour les fenêtres des voisins en face après pendant notre séjour il y’avait deux personnes âgées et c’était pas gênant c’était tranquille,

Perfektes City-Appartment für eine Familie

Pros: Das Appartment liegt in dem wunderschönen und zentralen Stadtteil El Carme. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons: Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann dass es keine Nachttischlampen gab. Aber das Stadtviertel hat so viel zu bieten, dass wir gar nicht zum Lesen kamen.
