Pros: Really good location in the old town, only a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars, bus and metro stations. Nice little supermarket just around the corner to stock up on provisions. Lovely little private terrace to sit outside and property felt safe and secure. Kitchen utensils, towels, kettle, toaster, etc all provided and worked great. 😊

Cons: Soundproofing from the upstairs flat isn’t the best, often heard chairs and other items being dragged around as they moved about and could easily hear conversations, etc. terrace is also overlooked by other flats so although private, there isn’t much privacy. It would be difficult to do anything about the above, however the shower did tend to leak badly due to the shower door not closing properly which is a fairly easy fix. Difficult to resolve the soundproofing or privacy issues but could be helpful to make people aware of this before they arrive so they can bring earplugs or make sure they are not on the terrace sunbathing naked 😉

Pros: The location,bus stop 200m away,the apartments facilities which are just the same as home The manager is accessible and obliging.

Great appartment - ideal for a week in Valencia

Pros: Great location- easy reach to the city Centre yet very quiet.

Pros: Everything was very nice. The apartment is located very close to the city centre.There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away also Supermarket and good restaurants located within 5-10 minutes walk. In the apartment we had there is also a terrace where you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine and smoke. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, which was a plus for us.

Cons: The other neighbors were very noisy, and it was very loud when it was quiet.

Great for the old-city exploration

Pros: Location is right at the edge of the old city, which is amazing, but also right next to the park. Parking there is tricky, though, and the owner had offered a parking place in a garage for 15 EUR/day. The size of the flat and provided amenities are good.

Cons: Just a couple of easy-to-fix things: * A bit more cutlery could be useful (forks) and there were no deep bowls for soups. Would appreciate adding these. * Some of the glasses were cracked. We didn't use them, but it makes sense to go through the kitchen inventory and simply throw them away or replace.

The best place I have ever stayed

Pros: It is in an easy accessible location, the place itself was beautiful, well stocked up, comfortable and the balcony was a plus. and it wasn’t noisy or anything

Pros: Very central to all areas of Valencia. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean apartment.

Cons: Could be updated decor wise. A bit old fashioned.

Appartamento perfetto!!

Pros: Appartamento comodissimo, pulito e spazioso. Posizione perfetta praticamente in centro ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. Host gentilissimo!! Se dovessimo tornare a Valencia lo sceglieremmo di nuovo!!!
