Excellent apartment and well located.

Pros: The apartment is well located on the edge of the old town and very close to 2 Art galleries. You can easily walk into the Old Town where there are lots of museums and places of interest and the old market. The host was really helpful when we asked for a kettle and delivered one along with a replacement toaster as soon as they could.

Cons: Just want to flag up that the apartment is white and not coloured as in the photo - the interior photos are very accurate. I packed too much (my fault!) and there is no lift up to the second floor. However it is a lovely apartment and I recommend it highly.

A great flat in a fantastic location.

Pros: Fantastic location. The accommodation was clean, tidy and warm. We were able to store luggage there after we checked out.

Pros: The location is great, on the edge of the old town, still quiet. You can see quite a lot on your foot. The apartment photos are accurate, the place is clean, and spacy. Communication with the host is without any problems. We picked the key from the lockbox. The kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay for a couple of days.

Cons: Nothing bad really - could be just nitpicks - like a bathroom could use more hangers and better organize existing space for everyday items.

Pros: A great place to explore Valencia. In the center, but on a (relatively) quiet street. The apartment is very clean, spacious and homely. We spent a wonderful week here. I would book this apartment again if I were planning to come to Valencia again.

Cons: Poor sound proof + noisy neighbors. But this did not bothered us.

Beautiful Valencia !

Pros: *Very well located in the center of Valencia. Close to restaurants , supermarkets,etc * the offered parking is definitively a plus in that location. Valencia can be very difficult for parking on the streets * confortable bed and pillows * the landlady is very nice, helpful and give the instructions to enter the apartment on time. She was always available for everything we needed *heaters were available in the winter time *the house is well equipped for a long stay *is pet friendly!!

Cons: *is a second floor without elevator..complicated when you have a lot of suitcases or reduced mobility *the boiler was damaged but it was fixed super quickly *the “paper walls” . You can hear everything your neighbours are doing ..when they see TV or even when they speak. It seems the old apartments in Valencia are not good with the isolated walls.

Pros: Gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt! Sehr sauber! Große Ferienwohnung! Genug Handtücher und Bettdecken!

Cons: Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer!

Pros: La qualité de l’appartement, l’espace, équipement, la propreté et son emplacement. Possibilité de parking. Accès commerces, au centre ville rapide et bus au pied La gentillesse de la propriétaire et ses attentions. Communication et réactivité parfaites. Un grand merci
