Pros: Location is excellent. There are two small balconies.The apartment is spacious and functional,with two separate rooms, and a kitchen.

Cons: Bathroom is small.There is not enough furniture in the bedroom,to place clothes.

Pros: It was bigger than we thought and such a great location, right in the heart of the old town

Pros: Location, cleanlines, availability of all cleaning nesesities, ailability of clean towels and even some tea and coffee. Excellent WIFI.

Cons: Small bathroom with even smaller douche curtain, no cable TV just Spanish programs - even they had bad reception.

Good stay, if the cockroaches weren’t there and if it had aircon, it would be fine, would still recommend people to stay

Pros: Great location, nice kitchen and washing machine, very big, comfortable

Cons: Found a few cockroaches on the floor in the bedroom when we arrived and it doesn’t have any air con, only fans and it was really hot when we were there, also the aerial on the tv didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv.

Pros: I loved the position. The apartment is in the city center close to most popular place of València.

Cons: I didn't like the sofa bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I suggest the host to replace with a new one. The normal bed was very good

¡Visca Valencia!

Pros: La gentilezza è sempre il miglior biglietto da visita. Mi sono venuti in contro nell'anticipare il check in. Gia da prima dell'arrivo mi hanno aiutato a risolvere un problema sull'applicazione per il check in. L'appartamento è bello ideale per 4 persone e molto molto pulito. È esattamente alle spalle della Lonja de la Seda patrimonio Unesco e a 50 metri dal mercato centrale. La posizione è comoda per visitare i maggiori punti di interesse della città. 7/8 min a piedi da Piazza dell Ajuntamiento e 5 min da piazza de la Reina. Spero di tornare presto a Valencia e di alloggiare nuovamente qui

Pros: La posizione della struttura è il punto di forza. Il servizio di attenzione alle necessità del cliente ottimo, chat tramite WhatsApp praticamente istantanea. Veramente un'ottima esperienza. E il mercato centrale vicino casa... senza parole.

Cons: Il sistema elettronico per l'apertura della serratura tramite app molto comodo per non dimenticarsi le chiavi, anche se purtroppo non sempre funzionava correttamente. Ma grazie al servizio clienti, problema risolto velocemente.
