Great stay in Valencia! Juan was a fantastic host
Pros: The host, Juan, was very friendly and always available. Even before my arrival, he sent me all the necessary information about visiting Valencia and recommended the best restaurants and sights, just like a true tour guide. Upon arrival, he took the time to explain everything to me in less than an hour. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and spacious. It also had a coffee corner and basic spices, which are very convenient if you want to cook something yourself. The location is right next to the Central Market, and you can easily reach almost everything on foot or by bike.

Lovely place in lovely city!
Pros: Fantastic and friendly owner,helpful with everything. Great and quite place. Good beds. Coffee and tea is ready to take.
Cons: Nothing. House is quite cold,but in March ok.

Fantastic authentic apartment

Perfect place for a short or longer stay in Valencia
Pros: Fantastic location, great apartment, cute details (the coffee room :) but above all, the host Juan was so welcoming and informative. He gave us great advice on where to go and what to do. If you go to Valencia, you absolutely cannot go wrong with a stay here.
Cons: The apartment has literally everything and every detail was covered.

A place felt like home :)
Pros: Literally, each detail exceeded our expectation! The apartment is quite clean, fully equipped and quite central, we walked everywhere and not have to use any transportation. Especially, the owner Juan was so kind and lovely person. He shared his knowledge anout Valencian history and recommended us so many places we enjoyed to visit. Our experience in Valencia was definetely beyond marvelous with the help of our stay in this apartment. We'll definetely book here again for next visits :)

We had an absolutely brilliant stay; it was a really special part of our trip to Valencia!
Pros: Brilliant location in the Old Town, 2 minutes walk from La Lonja and the Mercado Central. Juan, the host, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable - he spent time with us at our arrival to talk us through the key points of the city and give us some great recommendations for activities and eating. Communication with Juan was also excellent and he was really helpful with letting us store luggage on the day of our departure. Apartment was really comfy, well equipped for cooking and - if you needed to - washing. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Cons: These aren't negatives as such, as we knew both things in advance, but just things to be aware of - first of all, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Definitely be ready for that at the end of a long day sightseeing! And secondly, because of where the apartment is, it isn't possible for the owner to install air conditioning so there were a number of fans, which did the job during our hot August stay.

A great experience with this cosy home in Valencia with everything you need!!
Pros: I had a great time at Juan’s place at the Proletariat apartment! The flat is cosy, spacious, very clean and tidy! The location is amazing in the very city center on a quite street. It has a nice balcony I much enjoyed during my stay. The apparently is very well equipped, you have everything you need. And finally Juan is a amazing host, very open and friendly! A true valencianian he can tell everything you want to know about the city, from it’s history to local cuisine. I was happy to call this place my home during my stay in Valencia ❤️

Pros: Juan is a great host. The facilities, location, coffee bar, and balcony are all very good. The room is perfect for movie nights.
