Great location and nice apartment with a lot of space and many balconies.

Pros: The stairs to the apartment are very narrow, so if you have a lot of luggage keep in mind that it might be hard to bring it up and down. There were also a lot of things in the apartment, but it lacked essentials like body wash, salt, sugar, etc.

Pros: The apartment was located in the heart of the city, a short walk to most places. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants nearby. It was well equipped, furnished and nicely decorated.

Perfect apartment in the heart of Valencia

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised as to how good this apartment looked when we first walked in. It had everything we needed and the decor was stylish and well thought out. There were many small balconies with views of the square and trees below. It was easy to do our laundry. The air con was wonderful during high Summer temperatures. The kitchen is fully equipped. The shower was great. Check in and out were easy.

Cons: The wifi didn't reach to the bedroom. No shower gel supplied.

Pros: Great location, in the heart of the city so everything is within walking distance. The beach is also a short 15 minute drive away. Contains all the basic amenities you’d want for a stay.

Cons: Sofa bed is not that comfortable, especially if you are a tall person (I.e. length of the sofa bed is quite short).

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and lovely designed. it was in a perfect location for walk in the city center

Cons: the problem of being in the Center is the noise. the apartment is located in a square with several restaurants and it was extremely noisy during the entire day until late at night. even with the windows closed was hard to sleep.

Pros: Tolles Appartement: super Lage, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet. Frühstück auf dem kleinen Balkon in der Sonne. Gute Fenster: obwohl direkt am Platz haben wir bestens geschlafen. Wir würden sofort noch mal buchen!

Buen piso comodo

Pros: Buena ubicación, piso con multiples servicios y comodidades (horno, placa, etc). Espacioso y comodo.

Cons: El acceso al piso por las escaleras es complicado, escaleras muy empinadas y angostas. El aislamiento del exterior podría ser mejor, ya que se escuchan todos los sonidos de la plaza y las escaleras, y hay un vecino que baja a pasear al perro a las 5am.

A 3 day stay in the centre of Valencia. Excellent apartment and facilities

Pros: Excellent location, very close to Valencia Cathedral and the Central Market, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons: Nur mit viel Nachfragen haben wir das Apartment gefunden, die angegebenen Koordinaten waren nicht wirklich hilfreich. Vom endlich gefundenen Apartment mussten wir zur Anmeldung noch etliche Straßen mit unseren Koffern gehen, auch keine leichte Aufgabe. Das Bett war für Mutter und Tochter recht schmal und nicht so gemütlich.
