Beautifully designed spacious bright apartment

Pros: It just felt at home…clean, tidy, beautifully designed, good location.

Cons: We have lost warm water and heating on the last day of our stay so we froze a bit, but everything apart from that was really good.

Pros: It’s a very spacious, bright and very clean apartment in a fantastic location, with the views to Túria and walking distance to old town and parks. Very well equipped. We will return there for sure.

Cons: I know it would somehow ruin the style of the kitchen if had a microwave but I was really missing it to warm up my milk or tortilla. The TV is great, nice and big but it struggled with wi-fi, as a result the Netflix and YouTube have been freezing or had a low quality

Pros: Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutto sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di tutto, e fantastico anche il fatto che ci sia un bagno per ogni camera. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Pros: Tutto, appartamento curato in ogni particolare, cucina ben attrezzata, ottima posizione per visitare Valencia, letti comodi. Il Signor Joaquín è gentile, disponibile e pronto nelle risposte, consigli ottimi per ristoranti (Casa Carmela cibo superlativo), anche la sua collaboratrice Tania gentilissima. Quando torneremo a Valencia soggiorneremo ancora da Joaquin. Consiglio vivamente

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso, accogliente e pulitissimo. Fornito di tutto il necessario sia per il bagno che per la cucina (anche se noi non l'abbiamo praticamente utilizzata). Due bagni puliti e belli. Posizione comoda per il centro.

Pros: Appartamento confortevole e spazioso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. I letti sono molto comodi e nonostante l'appartamento affacci sulla strada abbiamo dormito benissimo. La posizione è ottima, comoda al centro e a due passi dalle Torri del Serrano e dai giardini del Turia. Vicino c'è un grande centro commerciale, fermata della metro e stazione degli autobus. Host molto reattivo e cortese.

Нужно предупреждать гостей с детьми, о том что сложно забраться по лестнице с ребенком и коляской! И чуть более вежлево

Pros: Светлая стильная квартира! Есть все необходимое! Очень чисто, хорошее расположение.

Cons: Объект не подходит для людей с детьми, очень сложно с коляской и вещами забраться по крутой лестнице, очень плохая шумо изоляция! Если вы хотите выспаться , то сделать это будет сложно , так как дом стоит на проезжей части. Не очень любезный мужчина встретил при заселение, на мягкое замечание, о том, что нужно указывать о крутой лестнице, мне грубо ответили!
